Skilled Nursing Services

Skilled nursing services are provided by a Registered

Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse and may include

medication management and set-up, wound care,

catheter changes, and assessment services. Care plan

and routine supervision for all individuals is overseen

by an RN.

All Coastal Caregiver Staff have:

CPR and First Aid certification

Screening for health, background, references and

safe-driving experience

RN oversight and 24/7/365 on-call RN assistance

Caregivers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a

week, 365 days a year

as well as metropolitan areas in all the counties in

Supported Recovery Care Services

Coastal Home Care offers customizable supports to aid in

recovery following an injury or hospitalization.

Personal Care Services

Assistance with ambulating, dressing, toileting, bathing, grooming, feeding and medication reminders

Ancillary support ,such as meal preparation, and domestic support, such as vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning the bathroom, and laundry

Errands and escort to appointments and shopping

Specialty Personal Care Technicians

Specifically trained Personal Care Technicians are

assigned client-specific tasks by an RN so as to care

for individuals with Quadriplegia, Paraplegia,

amputations, immobilizing braces and/or compound

fractures. Services may include:

Transfers with special lifts

Use of specialty equipment

Bowel program (via RN assignment)

External catheter care

Behavior management for traumatic brain

injury
