information, and support staff. Support staff and some other

districts that are not on SEAS, for child count and aggregate sum

Technology Plan Management System An auxiliary tool that supports 21st century education technology

planning, the Technology Plan Management System provides an

alternative method for districts to collaborate with the State

Department of Education on elevating technology support for

education, both within the classroom and without. Includes an upload

tool for tech plans that does not require manual entry (upload of

structured files) to fulfill the needs of the Oklahoma Annual District

Technology Survey application.

updates to Oklahoma standardized testing. Districts can submit to SDE

E-Discovery System to allow all electronically stored information, of all types, to be

identified, preserved, collected, processed, reviewed, produced and

managed over a period of time. While overlapping with Search

functionality, Gartner notes these to be different due to the unique

requirements that result from the e-discovery association with court

actions and the Federal Rules of Civil procedure. These systems have

specific capabilities in identification of files, preservation of the files and

metadata related to litigation hold, and custodian identification and

tracking systems.

FACS (PS-2) - Family Assistance and

Client Services

"Family Assistance and Client Support - Family Assistance and

Client Services (FACS) is the software used by OKDHS staff to update and

maintain Family Support Services Division (FSSD) case information. The

first version of FACS went to production in December, 1996. The

software is now considered to be a legacy application. FACS is a

client/server based application (which means that it runs from the local

county office server) as opposed to a web based application (which

would run using web technology from one central site). Most new

generation software development is done with web based software

(such as .net (dot net) or C# (C Sharp)). FACS serves as a front end to the

PS2 system. PS2 stands for “Payments and Services 2” It is an arbitrary

name given to the collection of databases, programs, transactions,

modules, and functions that are directly related to Family Support

Services Division benefits and services. The PS2 system is called a

“legacy” system because it’s really, really old. Some of the programming

in the PS2 system goes back to the mid 1980’s

WMIS - Wavier Management

Information System

ADvantage Waiver Management System for Aging Services, WMIS-

Advantage Program. Supports program that allows recipients to receive

care at home. WMIS is an application that supports both the tracking of

administrative and care activities for individuals on Medicaid who have

been qualified for the ADvantage program. Tracking is performed by the

ADvantage Administration Unit (AAU) within Aging Services.

Qualification of OKDHS applicants for the ADvantage waiver is done

through an assessment (Uniform Comprehensive Assessment Tool).

Once that assessment is complete and the individual is eligible, tracking

is completed through WMIS. Services that are tracked and statused

include: adult day health care, case management, consumer directed

personal assistance services and supports, home delivered meals, home

modifications, hospice, occupational therapy, personal care, physical

therapy, prescription drugs, specialized equipment and supplies, speech

therapy, supported restorative assistance. In addition, the AAU handles

questions from the public regarding policies, procedures, programs

available and issues with members and providers. The business value of

WMIS is that it performs the necessary functions to provide data and

compliance with Section 1915(c) of the Social Security Act and it

provides cost-efficient tracking of services to Oklahomans who qualify

for ADvantage. The ADvantage Program of the Home-and Community-

Based Services provides Medicaid services to help people stay at home

instead of going to a nursing home. The program assists frail elders and

adults who have physical disabilities. WMIS is an application that

supports both the tracking of administrative and care activities for

individuals on Medicaid who have been qualified

"ACES (Automated Case Evaluation Sytem) is a case management

tool which generates reports used primarily by FSSD case workers,

managers and supervisors to report error-prone elements, pending

actions needing maintenance, basic information and discrepancies in

workers and supervisors. It is designed to help you access information

control of surface coal mining, operations on Federal lands. This

Agreement provides for State regulation consistent with the Act, the

Federal lands program (30 CFR, chapter VII, subchapter D) and the

Oklahoma State program (Program) for surface coal mining and

reclamation operations on Federal lands.
