1 General
This is a supporting document. It might deliver additional information to the Technisches Manual of the BBCS Contract. However, it has just educational character and no contractual relevance.
2 Access line
2.1 Access node
Possibility of choosing access node. In some cases it is necessary to choose the make of the access node, for example to use only Alcatel-Lucent hardware to operate chipset 4 cpe’s. If you order this specific access in WSG, you need to type „+R_VDSL++” in the comments field. With this input, you choose a restriction witch forms the order, that only the Alcatel-Lucent access node is used..
3 Cables and adapters information
3.1 Information
It is highly recommended to use and install only twisted pair cables, like U72M or better. The use of standardized connectors will simply the installation too. We suppose the use of RJ11, RJ45 and TT83.

4.3 ADSL over EconomyLINE configuration (RJ45 based, without Splitter)
The figure below presents an alternative of the configuration. The difference lies in the type of wall sockets used. In theory, the new installations at the commercial End User sites are carried out with RJ45connectors.
