How to make the most out of your Exhibition Area Set-up You have a 3 x 3m exhibition space, this is where all of the networking and teas and coffees etc take place so it’s a great opportunity to get in front of the attendees and network. We will have a 5ft table in this area with two chairs for your executives behind it, we will also ensure you have a power supply if required. You are welcome to bring marketing collateral, demos etc to place on the table and more than welcome to bring some banners etc to place by your stand. We’re reasonably flexible with what you want to bring, as long as it fits in the 3x3 metre space. The exhibition area will be set up from 7pm on the evening prior to the event and we place a tent card with your company name and logo on the table so that your attending executives know which area is theirs. Informal Introductions As part of your package, you have 7 informal meetings. Onsite, your executives will be given a card to complete by our team, with the preferred delegates that they would like to meet with, as well as an up-do-date attendee list. Our team onsite will approach your preferred attendees and bring them over to your exhibition area and introduce them to your team. Please be aware that we only provide the informal introductions and the facilitation of the meetings themselves are down to your attending executives. You are by no means limited to 7 informal meetings and we highly recommend that your attending executives are proactive and network themselves to increase this number, we will however ensure that you are introduced personally to at least 7 by our team. Networking We recommend that your attending executives make the most out of all networking sessions and get in front of as many relevant delegates as possible – these sessions can be over meals, during the designated networking sessions as well as the drinks reception and dinner. We also highly recommend that they attend as many relevant workshops as possible, as current challenges and issues that the delegates come across are often discussed during these sessions, which may well help your attending executives pinpoint potential angles and customers. The majority of delegates do attend these sessions so you are more than welcome to participate and your stand does not necessarily need to be manned during these sessions.
