The Challenge
5
Consumers are often not aware of the support available. And when they are they are often reluctant to contact their energy company for help. WHEN WE KNOW HELP IS NEEDED: • Is the customer in receipt of certain benefits? • Is the property suitable for measures? • Does the landlord agree? • Does the customer want the measures? SOLUTION: The right tools and incentives must be in place to stimulate demand and to help suppliers deliver support
