The Forgotten 2nd Coming of Christ

Session 9_1:

“Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the lord. Behold, the husbandman

waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive

the the early and latter rain. Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming

of the Lord draweth high.”James 5:7-12

• The only one thing sure about the future is heaven– Be patient in living and in prayer. Thus, patience

becomes the hallmark of the Christian – It is a virtue that will lead us to precious fruits.– Patience coupled with a heart being established– And suddenly…the Lord appears.

• The final rest – The 2nd Coming of Jesus Christ

Since we’ve been busy with our lives, we forget the fact that Christ is still coming.

What more when the signs of His coming are becoming more OBVIOUS…and even MORE OBVIOUS.

MATTHEW 24:3-14

3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

• 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
