SALES TERMSFares do not include accommodation, car parks, Internet access and any other extra service. It is understood that by returning this registration form you are making a firm, irrevocable under-taking to pay for all attendance fees. Upon receipt of your registration form we shall send you a formal invitation and a simplified training agreement. Trainees wishing to have their expenses covered should however ensure beforehand that the course is recognized by their employer or by any other covering body. Should the organization not cover or be willing to pay for the cost of the training, the attendee shall nonetheless undertake to settle in full the cost of the course. Final registration shall only be completed upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations - Each delegate may be substituted at any time. The name of the substitute must be given in writing to the organizers before the event. All cancellations are to be notified in writing. For any written cancellation received before 5th May 2014 date as postmark, 20% of the registration fees shall be retained by GROUPE INDUSTRIE SERVICES INFO. Beyond this date, full payment shall be due.
