of nursing books and makes an admirable manual for the junior pupils. All extraneous matter is excluded and the author deals wholly with the practical work, which is explained clearly and in detail. Each demonstration has the correlated data either given or noted in a reference; thus affording a means of review of the other studies and linking in the pupil's mind the theory with the practice.
