• Double Decker Suspended work platform- 2.8 M height- can be used to fix the sheets at two heights simultaneously

• Length of 12 m- bay to bay length

• Indigenously developed with active support and guidance from Sri.Balakrishnan,RPM, TBSL

Useful Data

• Can be used wall sheeting above 15 mtrs – where boom lift or man basket is not possible

• Better than boom lift or man basket, as workers can safely work bay to bay

• JSA and working process well prepared for future use

• Can go upto heights of 60 mtrs• Can be used to fix wall girts also• Useful in constrained space and lack of front

clearance by the clients

• Other ideas implemented with a target of 10 ideas per project objective

• Multilift of GHHB peb portion-design, jsa, process, etc well documented

• Pre Assembly of GHHB fabricaions- trolley concept for accurate and quick assembly

• Indigenous corrections of camber and sweep of 88 crane beams of TBSL

• Bridge Scaffold concept
