CEILING SYSTEMS
DC FlexZone™ Suspension Systems
DC FlexZone Suspension System products are heavy-duty main beams equipped with passive electrical conductors. The DC Mains are designed for use with standard cross tees, moldings, and accessories and are installed by acoustical contractors as part of the acoustical ceiling suspension system.
Electrical connections are made to the grid after acoustical installation and are done by qualified electricians. See CS-4327 for electrical contractor tips on connecting EMerge Alliance Registered® components (by others) to DC FlexZone Mains.

Do Not Cut the DC FlexZone Main Beams
Use Non-Powered Border Mains at Perimeters – Item Numbers 750106 and 760106 can be field cut;
use both ends of 6' Border Main to minimize scrap
Pay attention to and follow the RCP for location and specific length of mains to install – DC Mains come in 4 different lengths: 6', 8', 10', 12'
– Several different lengths of main beams will likely beused on a job
– Place cartons at job site in areas according to lengths;cartons are white and marked for length
Do Not Mix Standard Mains with DC FlexZone Suprafine Mains – DC Suprafine Mains have different rout hole spacing –
6" from each end and 12" OC
– Suprafine Border Mains (750106) have this same spacing
