EasyWhite Tan

Leather Characteristics: Extreme fine grain, less veins and higher productivity

ICIS innovation awards 2011, rewarded with special mention within the ICIS environmental benefit award

Water: Less water is needed during tanning and can be used directly into the liming stage

Energy: Less energy is needed due to

shorter process, as well as the reduction of chemicals from normally 6 to only one

Salt: No additional salt is needed

during the process, reducing the salt in the waste water by at least 80% during tanning

EasyBlue Tanning

Past boiling test over 100°C

Flat grain

Tighter grain

Higher resistance to milling

Better utilization of the hides / Upgrading

Flanks are fuller

Less retanning needed

Higher tear strengths

Veins are reduced effectible and independent of the retanning

Leather advantages of the EBT – Hybrid tanning

EasyWhite Tan

Maximum flexibility to produce all type of leathers

Extreme grain flatness

Tighter grain

Less wrinkles, flatter growth marks

Higher resistance to milling

Better utilization of the hides / Upgrading

Good resistance to mold

White appearance

Higher tear strengths

Veins reduction

Flame retardant

Excellent storage stability, even if the leather is dry out complete

Leather advantages of the EasyWhite Tanning

EasyWhite Tan

No salt needed

No Acid needed, organic or inorganic

Less Water consumption

Full water recycling possible
