Sustainability Disclosure 2016 Global Reporting Initiative Content Index Version: March 10, 2017 This content index refers to the 2013 Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Guidelines 'G4' and the Financial Services Sector Supplements which form together a voluntary reporting framework that provides guidance on how organizations can disclose their sustainability performance. UBS's reporting has been reviewed by Ernst & Young Ltd (EY) against the GRI Sustainability Reporting Guidelines. The content has been prepared in accordance with the comprehensive option of GRI G4 as evidenced in the EY assurance report. The assurance by EY covered all items of the GRI Content Index.
