NOTICE OF PETITION A Petition under Section 230 to 232 read with Section 66 of the Companies Act, 2013, inter-alia for sanction of the Scheme of Arrangement between Suven Life Sciences Limited (Demerged Company) and Suven Pharmaceuticals Limited (Resulting Company) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors, was presented by Suven Life Sciences Limited and Suven Pharmaceuticals Limited, the Petitioners in the above matter, on the 4th day of October, 2019, and was admitted on 21st day of October, 2019 and the said Petition is fixed for hearing before the Hyderabad Bench of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal on the 29th day of November, 2019.

Any person desirous of supporting or opposing the said Petition should send to the Petitioners' Legal Representative, notice of his intention, signed by him or his advocate, with his name and address, so as to reach the Petitioners' Legal Representative not later than two days before the date fixed for the hearing of the Petition. Where he seeks to oppose the Petition, the grounds of opposition or a copy of his affidavit shall be furnished with such notice.
