Eliminate Maintenance DowntimeProduction and quality is key to any business and making time for regular maintenance is difficult and time consuming. Keeping your equipment well maintained is key to optimising its performance, accuracy and longevity. We can take all that stress away by offering a Maintenance Service Contract, where we’ll develop a maintenance plan for general service, repair and calibration of your equipment and leave you with exactly the same service equipment, guarantying no down time whilst this is done. We can tailor the contract to suit your demands and needs.

Local Service Centre Benefits• Local service repair, calibration and support• Quick response times• Knowledgable equipment experts• Welding applications knowledge• Assistance in weld development

Providing additional services is an added bonus and as an approved authorised Swagelok Equipment Service Centre this enables us to offer this benefit. We have fully qualified personnel to carry out the necessary repairs to keep your downtime to a minimum or with the supply of service equipment (if available) no downtime at all. This includes all Swagelok equipment such as orbital weld power supplies, facing tools, electrical tube cutters, weld heads and associated Swagelok ancillaries such as fixture blocks, weld extension cables, electrical and manual bench top benders, multihead hydraulic swaging units, plastic flaring tool and other tooling.

We offer a Factory Calibration Service for Swagelok M200 Orbital Weld Power Supplies with the option of a M200 Service Unit (if available) to ensure no down time while your unit is calibrated or in some instances we can offer a next day service. Your company quality management system will state the regularity of calibration, however most types of equipment are calibrated every 12 months.

Why calibrate? Many companies require calibration per their quality system. This ensures that all equipment is calibrated on a regular basis, maintaining the optimum performance while helping meet their customer specifications/demands and supporting all documentation requirements.

In general use, calibration is often regarded as including the process of adjusting the output to agree with value of the applied/manufacturer’s standard, within a specified accuracy.

Typical Operation of M200 Welding Power Supply calibration is:• Calibration to ensure proper current output. • Voltage adjustments to match actual values with

expected values. • Electrode travel speed is verified and adjusted

real-time via the M200 operating software. This verification is documented on the calibration certificate.

During maintenance, all equipment is checked for upgrades to optimise performance and reliability.
