Pioneer Swap Meet General Rules 1. You will be assigned a vendor space when you arrive. No guarantee of a specific vendor space is possible.

Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Vendor placement within the park are to be arranged by the swap meet committee.

2. Setup time is Friday evening 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Vendors must vacate the grounds by 5:00 pm on Sunday. 3. We suggest you be on hand each morning at opening hour to protect your own goods. Vendors will be allowed

to enter one hour earlier than the opening time of 8 a.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday. 4. Bring your own tables, chairs, tents, etc. for outside stalls and inside the Barn. We supply space only.

We supply a 6’ table and chairs for your space inside the Tillicum House. DO NOT DRIVE NAILS OR TACKS INTO THE WALLS, BUILDINGS, OR TREES.

5. Only commercially prepackaged foods may be sold in vendor booths and require prior approval of the swap

meet committee. 6. When unloading, please do so as fast as possible, then move your vehicle out of the park. Cars, pickups and

trucks will not be allowed into the inside areas during swap meet hours. Vendors must hand carry out if leaving prior to 3pm , Sunday.

7. Each vendor is responsible for clean-up at his space. Any packaging you bring must be taken home with you. Please do not place vendor garbage in the park waste bins. The park waste bins are for shoppers use only. A dumpster will be provided for the vendors.

8. No alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises. 9. Pre-registration rate is for the weekend or any part thereof. Space not claimed by 10 a.m. Saturday may be re-

sold with no refund. No refunds will be made on cancellations within 10 days prior to the event. 10. Any person selling merchandise at the Pioneer Swap Meet is responsible for his own tax liability. 11. No pets except service animals are allowed in Pioneer Park. For those camping outside the fence,

please pick up your own pet’s waste. PROBLEMS LIKE BARKING, DIGGING, PET WASTE PROBLEMS OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR ARE CAUSE FOR REMOVAL WITH NO REFUND.

12. Weapons, including firearms, knives, BB guns, pellet gun or any other items which may be considered as

weapons, are not to be bought or sold on the park property. 13. FIRE LANES MUST BE KEPT CLEAR. Vehicles will be towed if blocking aisles or Fire Lane. 14. We reserve the right to refuse to rent a stall or grant access to the swap meet to anyone. 15. Penalty for Non-Sufficient Funds returned checks will be $30 per check. 16. No open flames or fuel allowed in Pioneer Park. 17. The park has two sets of restrooms. There are no showers on the grounds. 18. Camping: DRY CAMPING ONLY A limited number of RV’s up to 24 feet will be allowed inside the park fence.

Your RV may be parked in your vendor space if the space you purchase is large enough to fit the RV. Placement of your vendor spot is directly affected by the size of booth and if it is to include your RV or vehicle.

19. No RV’s or Motor homes larger than 24 feet are allowed inside the fenced portion of the park. Parking of

vehicles and RV’s outside the park fence is free. Be a responsible vendor. Anyone selling items considered by the Pioneer Swap Meet committee as unsafe or inappropriate will be removed from the property. Any problems or disputes will be handled solely by the discretion of the Pioneer Swap Meet Committee. We wish to provide a family friendly atmosphere ensuring all visitors enjoy their stay and experience.
