Last week we killed it in 114s from the previous week going from 19% with $2,500 to pulling in $4,200 LW getting us right in line with company at 53%. In updating the front entry into a sweater shop we decided to place the #4 114 on the front table with the #9 114 hanging with the #1 123 acid joggers to up establish more of the

Dreamers concept into our front entry. Along the wall, we have the #1 114, which we sold 9 units of LW and paired with the #7 dress.

Our vignette houses the #8 velocity 130 which is on promo selling 5 units LW. We partnered the 130 with the #3 114 on the back of the vignette , which we sold 8 units

of LW, to incorporate a high seller into our sweater shop. We also placed the #2 and #6 114 to add some layers to the maxi dresses.

I also worked on the 114 style out this week. I wanted to represent a mixture of classes and wanted to include some pieces that were selling well with some pieces we have opportunity in. I worked with a palate of black, grey, red, purple and blue. I paired the #7 dress with the new sweater bra top we got in this week. I also decided to use the seam jean and add some interest with the #2 111 that has been doing well for us along with the chunky SF color block cardigan, making her more cozy. I dressed the other form in the space dye 114 which sold well in the brown color LW and paired the very popular Dree cheekys with her, and had to add what every Portland girl loves, a flannel into the outfit.

With the entry and sweater shop updates, I feel our shopper can easily be transitioned into fall.
