Good morning, my family names are: Rosales Castillo and Given names Isis Emperatriz. I live in El Salvador but I am originally from San Salvador city. I study for a Bachelor degree majoring in Nutrition and Dietetic at the Evangelic University located in Colonia Escalon, San Salvador.

Currently, I am study my Undergraduate semester on which I am taking the SALUD PUBLICA, NUTRICION DEPORTIVA, DIETOTERAPIA, DIETETICA classes.

During the weekdays I attend classes in the mornings but some days in the afternoons, nevertheless I do have other responsibilities regarding my house, matters as well as for own sake.

In spite of leisure time we need for the week, I

Hello, My family names are: Retana Estrada and Given names: Daysi Gabriela, I live in San Salvador, but I am originally from Santa Ana. I study for a medicine degree majoring in Nutrition and dietetic at the Evangélica University located in Colonia Escalón, San Salvador.

Currently, I am studying my undergraduate semester on which I am taking the public health II, diet II, nutritional food security classes.

During the weekdays I attend classes in the afternoon, so the mornings I usually do my homework and study. But also I have responsibilities at home.

I have a busy week, but I always enjoy my weekend. Every Saturday going to Santa Ana to visit my family and spend time to be with them. Sundays always go to church in the morning and afternoon we went for a walk with my family, we like to see new places and enjoy the most time we're together.

1. Values

From the data collected on your website, thanks to the tags inserted in all web pages of it, may use this information for purposes of marketing. 

The data collected about visitors, traffic sources, content of your site and the different objectives (or conversions) that you have configured will allow to measure the performance of the actions of marketing and advertising campaigns, as well as measuring the audience of your website and information on it, measure the performance of e-commerce, analyze the different sources of traffic and track activity and consulted content. 

There are several levels of use of these data. 

Firstly, a technical level for the web master or the technical team of the web site. At this level, we have, for example, information about the ergonomics of the site and identify the user’s options as, for example, the type of browser or resolution using. Referring to this last issue, know the most commonly used screen resolutions can help create more tailored landing pages. 

Subsequently, at the level of the marketing team, this tool allows identify the traffic sources that generate conversions at the best cost, ads targeting markets and relevant users, try different content and different advertising messages, tracking of its advertising campaigns and have their results in terms of performance.

Finally, at global level, the tool allows you to have an overview, so it may identify long-term trends, for statistics overall of the site and know even what happens in real time. 

Google Analytics tool offers various standard reports, but also allows you to create your own custom reports. Also, you can configure a customized according to your preferences panel.

Will not detail here custom reports, simply will you some standard reports that will help you improve conversions on your website. For reports dealing with Google AdWords, you must pair your of Google Analytics profile to your Google AdWords account. Therefore shall be the administrator of your Google Analytics account. In your Google Analytics account, click the administrator, located in the top right menu and select your profile. Click the tab of the profile settings and scroll to the section settings for the source of AdWords costs. 

1. Main standard reports from Google Analytics 

Now we'll see some standard reports offered on the interface as you will improve conversions on your website.

Analysis of the content of the site 

This report provides information on the navigation of visitors, their behavior in each page, entry and exit pages, and the percentage of each page bounce.

This report is especially useful for identifying pages that get more traffic and who generate high percentages of rebound

and time spent in the too short page. In this way, can analyze the performance of the pages of your Google AdWords campaigns for more information about its effectiveness and compare your results. 

To display this report, click standard reports. In the the left menu, select the content section, and then click contents of the site and all pages. 

Location This report allows the location of the Internet user that accesses your website. This information can be useful to, for example, focus on creating advertising campaigns locally. 

Also allows to verify, for example, that obtained at a site traffic is corresponds appropriately with your delivery area. 

To display this report, click standard reports, and then in the menu on the left, select demographics and location in the public section. 

Browser and operating system.

This report is useful to learn about the browser and the operating system used by Internet users to visit your web site. It includes numerous data such as, for example, the browser, OS, resolution, the colors of screen or the Flash version. This way, you will know how to adapt better place to offer an experience of user to the largest number of Internet users possible. 

To display this report, click standard reports, and then in the menu on the left, select technology and browser and OS in the public section.

You can then select the primary dimension that you want to display. 

Sources of traffic 

It is one of the most important to have a vision reports general of the different methods of obtaining traffic and be able to compare them. If you click on a set of goals, you can see different performance of each source of traffic in terms of achieving goals that have previously configured.

To display this report, click standard reports, and then in the menu on the left, traffic sources select sources and all the traffic in the section.

In the traffic sources section, includes another interesting report. This is the report about the search, which will offer you detailed information related to the organic results and paid. Especially, you will see the keywords that have introduced Internet users accessing your site. 

It is recommended that you use different primary dimensions, on the top of report tables, for the information that interests you. Form general, also should be advanced to segments provides the interface to improve the information provided by the reports. In this way, you can isolate and identify specific parts of your traffic. 

Advertising 

There is a tab of Google Analytics that is dedicated to advertising and, as is logical, to Google AdWords. 

From the point of view of maximizing revenues, it is very important that identify, for example, the quality of the

generated traffic through generic keywords and which do not generate direct conversions. He is a good complement to the search funnel reporting above. 

This tab allows you to easily access some useful reports. In particular, you can access to different levels of your account performance included in the menu in terms of the traffic, that is, the pages/visit, quality the average duration of the visit, the percentage of new visits, bounce rate, the number of procurements objectives and, where appropriate, income. 

For example, can show slots: in the previous report, the campaigns of Google AdWords results are displayed according to the hours a day; if you click primary Dimension, you can display the results by day of the week. 

Positions of the keywords report can also be interesting for analysis, since it allows to show the performance of the site or use the sets of objectives according to the positions obtained. 

The drop-down list on the left allows you to show different dimensions that correspond to the selected data type (use of the site or set of objectives, or e-commerce) according to report.

In this way, you can view the most effective positions and use the settings and optimizing your Google AdWords campaigns for guiding these positions. 

Again, we recommend you to use advanced segments to improve outcomes. 

Another instructive report is the report's use of the site associated with the destination URLs to check if your landing

pages are effective in terms of getting traffic and if interested users to click on your ads. 

Google Analytics is still the most powerful free tool on the market. Interface is very complete in regard to reports of all kinds and is due devoting some time to examine all the options available. 

Graphic funnel conversion The first part of this chapter, we presented the definition of conversion funnel. 

To use the conversion chart, must first configure funnel conversion goals in the goals of the section administrator tab. 

To show the scheme, in its standard reports, click conversions and select targets and the conversion funnel chart.

Conversion funnel allows you to identify the areas of the tunnel exit conversion and the place in which users abandon their progress towards the end. You should act on these pages in order to improve its performance. 

2.  track URL of redirection 

As an adjunct of the traffic sources identified by Google Analytics, can retrieve information from your custom campaigns adding all inbound links to your website parameters that can be modified and identify. 

Add tags at the end of all their URLs redirect to identify your different campaigns. 

From Google Analytics, available in the Service Centre address https://support.google.com/analytics, enter the term creator of URL in the search box.

This will take you to the following form: 

In the URL box of the web site, enter the URL of target your campaign, and then, in the part step 2, fill in the information binding, as shown in the example. They are only required three fields: campaign source, campaign medium and name of the campaign. 

Then click on the generate URL button. 

You will get a URL that will also include utm parameters that allow identifying the different variables in reports from Google Analytics. 

Conclusions

We conclude that in this semester, we learned about how to tell anyone in a conversation about

ourselves, specially in a job interview, we learned how to make a résumé for applying into a job

too, and that´s important for us because soon we will be involved into a laboral world.
