DESIGN BRIEF

After speaking with local businesses, we have identified an underlying network of “business-neighbors,” where local businesses build relationships through promoting and collaborating with one another.

The Sweet Trolley is one way MSK BK can become an engaged neighbor and a part of this network. Through carrying items from local businesses, MSK BK can provide a virtual and mobile gift shop and recreation services to patients.

Patient gives caregiver the gift certi"cate and reads the friend’s note.

Patient and caregiver leave MSK BK together, taking the #owers and note with them.

At home, patient writes friend a thank you note using the e-card service on The Sweet Trolley website.
