COMMUNITY VISION

DESIGN INTENT

In developing communities-the places in whichwe live, little consideration is generally given tothose things that greatly enhance our home. Our home is more than the house itself, morethan the lot the house sits on. The neighbor-hood is our home.

You might be surprised to learn the degree towhich planning-the layout of streets, locationof services, development of leisure facilities-caninfluence the way members of a communityinteract with one another. Sweetwater's strate-gic master land plan is designed to energizecommunity life and emphasize the social needsof the residents.

The design vision extends beyond the land plan. From the curbs to the individual homes andfrom landscapes to home interiors, every aspectwill be thoughtfully created to complement theproperty and theme of the community. Thisresults in a community which feels much morelivable and ensures the ultimate in overall aes-thetic appeal.

Sweetwater is the result of planning and design-ing a neighborhood in a manner that will makeit a special place to live, a place to drive intoand smile, a place to proudly call home.
