Ziel und Zweck:

• Mit diesem Leitfaden wird die Einrichtung des Swiss Life Remote Access Services (RAS) beschrieben, so dass Applikationen Remote vom Citrix StoreFront Server aufgerufen resp. auf dem persönlichen Arbeitsgerät genutzt werden können.

Voraussetzungen:

• Für die Installation mit Windows Betriebssystem wird die Verwendung vom Microsoft Internet Explorer als WEB-Browser empfohlen.

Anmerkung: Die folgenden Instruktionen wurden unter Windows 10 unter Verwendung des Microsoft Internet Explorer als WEB-Browsers erstellt.


Erstinstallation der Komponenten zum Swiss Life Remote Access Service:

• Den WEB-Browser Microsoft Internet Explorer starten.

• Über die WEB-Adresse https://ras.swisslife.ch den Swiss Life Remote Access Service (RAS) im Microsoft Internet Explorer aufrufen.

Wichtig: Die erstmalige Einrichtung von RAS muss über den WEB-Browser Microsoft Internet Explorer erfolgen, also nicht über die WEB-Browser Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge etc.

• Bei der erstmaligen Einrichtung muss die Citrix NetScaler Gateway Endpunktanalyse Software installiert werden (= EPA-Plug-In).

Anmerkung: Die Endpunktanalyse (EPA) wird vor jeder Nutzung von RAS durchgeführt. Dabei wird die Konfiguration des Arbeitsgerätes auf bestimmte Kriterien überprüft, ob RAS genutzt werden kann.

• Mit der Ausführung des Programmes nsepa_setup64.exe wird die Installation durchführt.

Anmerkungen: Es ist keine Administrationsberechtigung für die Installation notwendig. Falls die Benutzerkontosteuerung eine weitere Bestätigung zur Installation verlangt, ist diese mit Ja zu bestätigen.

• Die Lizenzvereinbarung ist zu bestätigen.

• Der Abschluss der Installation ist zu bestätigen.

• Nach erfolgreichen Durchführung der Installation und Durchführung des EPA-Plug-Ins erscheint der RAS Anmeldedialog.

• Die Anmeldung erfolgt mittels Benutzernamen (Login) und Kennwort. Die Authentifizierung über das Token ist je nach gewählten Verfahren unterschiedlich.

Token Verfahren: Mobile Token: Falls die Token Erstellung über eine bei der Swiss Life registrierte Mobile Nummer erfolgt, muss das Feld Token beim Anmelden leer gelassen werden. Das Token wird dann via SMS auf das Mobile mitgeteilt


und muss dann beim Folgedialog eingegeben werden.

Hardware Token (Vasco): Falls die Token Erstellung über einen Hardware Token erfolgt, muss das Token direkt beim Anmelden eingegeben werden. Das einzugebende Token ist vorgängig über den Hardware Token zu erstellen.

• Nach der ersten erfolgreichen Anmeldung muss die Citrix Receiver Software installiert werden.

Anmerkung:

Ohne die Citrix Receiver Software können die Applikationen unter RAS nicht aufgerufen werden.

Wichtig:

• Damit sichergestellt ist, dass die neuste Citrix Receiver Software Version vorhanden ist, sollte, wie einleitend erwähnt, eine installierte Version der Software «Citrix Receiver» vorgängig deinstalliert werden.

• Die Installation wird durch die Ausführung des Programmes CitrixReceiverWeb.exe durchgeführt.

Anmerkungen:

Es ist keine Administrationsberechtigung für die Installation notwendig.

Falls über die Benutzerkontosteuerung eine weitere Bestätigung zur Installation verlangt wird, ist diese mit Ja zu bestätigen.

Der Download der Software kann eine gewisse Zeitdauer benötigen.


• Das Starten der Installation ist zu bestätigen.

• Die Lizenzvereinbarung ist zu bestätigen.

• Den WEB-Browser Microsoft Internet Explorer starten.

• Über die WEB-Adresse https://ras.swisslife.ch den Swiss Life Remote Access Service (RAS) im Microsoft Internet Explorer aufrufen.

• Klicken Sie bitte auf «Ja». • Nach erfolgreichen Durchführung

des Scans erscheint der RAS Anmeldedialog.

• Die Anmeldung erfolgt mittels Benutzernamen (Login) und Kennwort. Die Authentifizierung über das Token ist je nach gewählten Verfahren unterschiedlich.

• This guideline outlines the process for installing the Swiss Life Remote Access Service (RAS), to access applications remotely from the Citrix StoreFront Server and use them on your personal work station.

Conditions:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer is recommended as a Web browser for the installation with a Windows operating system.

Note: The following instructions were created under Windows 10 using Microsoft Internet Explorer as a Web browser. First installation of the components for Swiss Life Remote Access Service:

• Start the Web browser Microsoft Internet Explorer.

• Call up Swiss Life Remote Access Service (RAS) via the Web address https://ras.swisslife.ch in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Please note: The initial installation of RAS must be via the Web browser Microsoft Internet Explorer, i.e. not Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge etc.

• Citrix NetScaler Gateway Endpoint Analysis software must be installed for the initial installation (= EPA plug-in).

Note: The Endpoint Analysis (EPA) occurs every time prior to using the RAS. It monitors the work station’s configuration in relation to certain criteria to ascertain whether RAS can be used.



• The installation is performed through the nsepa_setup64.exe program.

Notes: No administrator authorisation is required for the installation. If the user account control requests an additional confirmation for the installation, answer Ja (yes).

• The licensing agreement needs to be confirmed.

• The completion of the installation needs to be confirmed.

• Following successful completion of the installation and EPA plug-in, you will see the RAS login dialogue.

• You log in with your user name and password. Authentication via token differs according to the process.

Token process: Mobile token: If the token is via a mobile number registered with Swiss Life, the field must be left empty during login. The token is then sent to your mobile by SMS and must be entered in the following dialogue box.

Hardware token (Vasco): If you have a hardware token, you must enter the token during login. The token for input must be created in advance via the hardware token.

• The Citrix Receiver software must be installed following the first successful login.

Note:

RAS applications cannot be called up without Citrix Receiver software.

Please note:

• To ensure you have the latest Citrix Receiver software version, you should deinstall any previous “Citrix Receiver” versions beforehand as stated above.


• Installation is via the CitrixReceiverWeb.exe program.

Notes:

No administrator authorisation is required for the installation.

If the user account control requests an additional confirmation for the installation, answer Ja (yes).

The software download may take some time.

• You must confirm the start of the installation.

• The licensing agreement needs to be confirmed.


• The completion of the installation needs to be confirmed.


Using the Swiss Life Remote Access Service:

• Start the Web browser Microsoft Internet Explorer.

• Call up the Swiss Life Remote Access Service (RAS) via the Web address https://ras.swisslife.ch in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

• Click on “Ja”. • On successful completion of the

scan, you will see the RAS login dialogue.

• You log in with your user name and password. Authentication via token may be required depending on the process.

Token process: Mobile token: If the token is via a mobile number registered with Swiss Life, the field must be left empty during login. The token is then sent to your mobile by SMS and must be entered in the following dialogue box.

Conditions

• Pour une installation avec le système d'exploitation Windows, il est recommandé d’utiliser Microsoft Internet Explorer comme navigateur.

Remarque: les instructions suivantes ont été établies sous Windows 10 et avec Microsoft Internet Explorer comme navigateur.

Première installation des composants pour Swiss Life Remote Acess Service

• Démarrer le navigateur Microsoft Internet Explorer.

• Ouvrir le Swiss Life Remote Access Service (RAS) dans Microsoft Internet Explorer via l'adresse https://ras.swisslife.ch.

Important: La première installation de RAS doit se faire avec le navigateur Microsoft Internet Explorer et non avec les navigateurs Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc.

• Lors de la première installation, le logiciel Citrix NetScaler Gateway EndPoint Analysis (= plug-in EPA) doit être installé.

Remarque: Cette analyse EPA est réalisée avant toute utilisation de RAS. Elle vérifie si la configuration du poste de travail permet d’utiliser RAS.



• L’installation se fait par l'exécution du programme nsepa_setup64.exe.

Remarques: Aucune autorisation d'administrateur n'est requise pour l’installation. Si la gestion de compte utilisateur requiert une autre confirmation pour poursuivre l’installation, y répondre par Oui.

• L'accord de licence doit être confirmé.

• La finalisation de l’installation doit être confirmée.


• Une fois l’installation effectuée et le plug-in EPA exécuté, la fenêtre de connexion RAS s’ouvre.

• La connexion se fait au moyen du nom d'utilisateur (login) et du mot de passe. L’authentification via token diffère selon la procédure choisie.

Procédures de génération de token: token sur mobile: si la génération de token se fait via un mobile enregistré chez Swiss Life, le champ token doit être laissé vide lors de la connexion. Le token sera ensuite communiqué par SMS sur le mobile et devra être saisi dans la fenêtre suivante.

token généré via un appareil (Vasco): si la génération de token se fait via un appareil, le token doit être saisi directement lors de la connexion. Le token à saisir doit préalablement être généré à l’aide de l'appareil.

• Une fois la première connexion réussie, le logiciel Citrix Receiver doit être installé.

Remarque:

Sans le logiciel Citrix Receiver, les applications sous RAS ne peuvent être utilisées.

Important:

• Pour être sûr de bien utiliser la dernière version du logiciel Citrix Receiver, désinstaller d’abord la version «Citrix Receiver» actuellement installée, comme indiqué en introduction.


• L’installation se fait via l'exécution du programme CitrixReceiverWeb.exe.

Remarques:

Aucune autorisation d'administrateur n'est requise pour l’installation.

Si la gestion de compte utilisateur requiert une autre confirmation pour poursuivre l’installation, y répondre par Oui.

Le chargement du logiciel peut prendre un certain temps.

• Le lancement de l’installation doit être confirmé.

• L'accord de licence doit être confirmé.


• La finalisation de l’installation doit être confirmée.


Utilisation de Swiss Life Remote Access Service

• Démarrer le navigateur Microsoft Internet Explorer.

• Ouvrir le Swiss Life Remote Access Service (RAS) dans Microsoft Internet Explorer via l'adresse https://ras.swisslife.ch.

• Cliquer sur «Oui». • Une fois le scan exécuté, la fenêtre

de connexion RAS s’ouvre.

• La connexion se fait au moyen du nom d'utilisateur (login) et du mot de passe. L’authentification via token diffère selon la procédure choisie.

Procédures de génération de token: token sur mobile: si la génération de token se fait via un mobile enregistré chez Swiss Life, le champ token doit être laissé vide lors de la connexion. Le token sera ensuite communiqué par SMS sur le mobile et devra être saisi dans la fenêtre suivante.

Presupposti:

• Per l’installazione con il sistema operativo Windows, si consiglia di utilizzare Microsoft Internet Explorer come browser.

Nota: Le seguenti istruzioni presuppongono l’utilizzo di Windows 10 e di Microsoft Internet Explorer come browser.

Prima installazione delle componenti di Swiss Life Remote Access Service:

• Avviare il browser Microsoft Internet Explorer.

• Aprire Swiss Life Remote Access Service (RAS) in Microsoft Internet Explorer a partire dall’indirizzo https://ras.swisslife.ch.

Importante: Si deve procedere alla prima installazione di RAS con il browser Microsoft Internet Explorer; non possono essere utilizzati altri browser, come Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge ecc.

• Per la prima installazione, deve essere installato il software di analisi endpoint (= plug-in EPA) Citrix NetScaler Gateway.

Nota: L’analisi endpoint (EPA) viene effettuata prima di ogni utilizzo di RAS. L’analisi prevede il controllo della configurazione del dispositivo di lavoro e di determinati criteri per verificare che RAS possa essere utilizzato.



• L’installazione viene effettuata partendo dal programma nsepa_setup64.exe.

Osservazioni: Per l’installazione non sono necessari diritti di amministratore. Se per la gestione del conto utente è necessaria un’ulteriore conferma per continuare con l’installazione, rispondere con Ja.

• L’accordo di licenza deve essere confermato.

• Bisogna confermare la conclusione dell’installazione.


• Una volta andata a buon fine l’installazione ed eseguito il plug-in EPA, compare la finestra di registrazione di RAS.

• La registrazione avviene mediante nome utente (login) e password. L’autentificazione mediante token è differente a seconda della procedura scelta.

Procedura token: Token su dispositivo mobile: Se la generazione del token avviene mediante un numero di telefono mobile registrato presso Swiss Life, il campo «token» deve essere lasciato vuoto al momento della registrazione. Il token sarà comunicato tramite SMS al numero mobile e deve essere inserito nel dialogo successivo.

Token generato tramite hardware (Vasco): Se la generazione del token avviene mediante un hardware preposto a questo, esso deve essere inserito al momento della registrazione. Il token da inserire deve essere generato precedentemente.

• Conclusa con successo la prima registrazione, il software Citrix Receiver deve essere installato.

Nota:

Senza il software Citrix Receiver, le applicazioni in RAS non possono essere utilizzate correttamente.

Importante:

• Al fine di assicurarsi che sia disponibile l’ultima versione del software Citrix Receiver, come indicato precedentemente, si dovrebbe procedere a disinstallare versioni precedenti del software «Citrix Receiver».


• L’installazione avviene partendo dal programma CitrixReceiverWeb.exe.

Osservazioni:

Per l’installazione non sono necessari diritti di amministratore.

Se per la gestione del conto utente è necessaria un’ulteriore conferma per continuare l’installazione, rispondere con Ja.
