From 1 August 2013 to 31 January 2014, Ms Genuit worked as a Senior Business Consultantin the L&H OPS & Consulting RE 1 area of the L&H Operations & Consulting Reinsurance De-partment. She held the rank of Vice President.

Her main duties included:

o Enabling operational readiness together with distribution partners, client managers, risk,legal, lT and actuaries as well as leading operational readiness workshops to create anddelivgr on implementation plans.

o Coaching and managing assigned Project Management Office assistant and OperationsManager as well as external consultants.

o Setting up an operational Due Diligence best practice process incl. tools and templatesprior to onboarding new distribution and outsourcing partners in collaboration with RiskManagement and the Group Security Officer.

o Setting up Service LevelAgreements and Business Continuity Managements for integrationinto agreements.

From 1 February 2014lo 3O September 2015, Ms Genuit worked as a Central OperationsManager in the Operations Swiss Re Protection Partners (SRPP) area of the Swiss Re Protec-tion Partners Department.

Her main duties included:

Part of the Swiss Re Protection Partners unit from day one and instrumental in the formula-tion of Swiss Re's strategic approach towards entering the direct insurance market.

Working with new distribution partners to establish appropriate operational processes forthem to operate under the insurance platform offered by Swiss Re. Conducting a number ofdifferent request for information (RFl)/request for proposal (RFP).

Driving the regulatory application process in order for Swiss Re to get appropriate approvalto undertake insurance practice in a number of EU countries.As part of her direct team lead responsibilities, management of two assigned direct re-ports, including conducting annual goal setting, interim reviews as well as annual perfor-mance reviews and coaching employees on achieving their development goals.

Leading a number of different strategic initiatives to further increase the overall offering ofthe Swiss Re Protection Partners unit.

ln collaboration with the outsourced administration partner, supporting the requirementsdefinition with regards to all policy administration processes in the UK to enable implemen-tation of the Protection Partners Target Operating Model, as well as driving the end to enddefinition of the units Target Operating Model for Underwriting (UW) and Claims.

Ms Genuit was proficient in her field and well acquainted with the processes and terms of ref-erence required for her role. She applied her sound expertise in a result-oriented manner andwas adept at imparting her knowledge to others. She displayed a high degree of initiative,identified strongly with her work and demonstrated a great level of engagement. Ms Genuitcarried out her tasks very quickly, independently and reliably, even when working under con-siderable pressure. ln her work, she prioritized well and demonstrated a great sense of re-sponsibility and thought and acted strategically and entrepreneurially in the interests of thecompany. Thanks to her very agile mind, she was able to interpret complex issues quickly andeasily. Ms Genuit planned her projects thoroughly and followed them through to completion.She delivered very good work, in terms of both quality and quantity.

We would like to make particular mention that Ms Genuit managed to ensure the go live of ourfirst distributor in the Netherlands under very challenging circumstances. She managed in par-ticular the distributor in a very proactive manner to ensure that deliverables were managed ac-cording to plan. Furthermore, the establishment of our regulatory carriers and the associatedbranches was a key success factor of Ms Genuit as it laid out the foundation to actually under-take business activities.

Ms Genuit was outstanding in terms of building up client contacts and relationships. Herfriendly and pleasant manner was much appreciated and respected by allwho worked withher. ln discussions she was sincere, demonstrated her high level of expertise and her interper-sonal skills. Thanks to her helpful nature and charisma, Ms Genuit greatly contributed tostrengthening team spirit and encouraged good cooperation. Towards clients, managers andcolleagues, she was courteous, fair and loyal.
