1. Connect your old phone to a PC with a USB cable.

2. Check phone sync settings in Nokia Suite and copy phone data to your PC. You can download the latest Nokia Suite from nokia.com/nokiasuite

3. If you have a Mac, you can use iSync and Nokia Multimedia Transfer software (available in www.nokia.com/mac/ mediatransfer/latest-1.4) to copy data to your computer

1. In Nokia Suite, select Tools > Upload to SkyDrive and sign in with your Microsoft account to copy your photos, contacts and calendar to the cloud

2. Connect your new Lumia to a computer with a USB cable and use Zune PC software (PC) / Windows Phone 7 Connector (Mac) to copy your photos, music and videos to the phone memory

phone and in outlook.com If you are about to give your old phone away, make sure

2. On your new Lumia, add the cloud accounts in settings > e-mail + accounts

3. In the account settings check that all the information you want is synced

Repeating calendar entries cannot be synced. You can recreate your upcoming calendar entries conveniently using outlook.com. To avoid having duplicate contacts or calendar entries,

check your cloud accounts sync settings to make sure that contacts are synced to your Lumia only from one account Try people.live.com for managing your contacts, linking

accounts and removing duplicate data If you are using a shared computer to transfer data from

your old phone, make sure you remove all your personal files from the computer after you are finished
