Accessing Sycamore

• Your login is your first initial and last name: (example: cmuzzy)

• Your temporary password is: Serra@13 (you will be prompted to change this when you enter)

You will see this screen:

Change Your Password

Digital Security (if screen appears)

Click My School

Click My Classes

Click the icon for desired class

The following screen should appear…

To Populate Classes…Administration > Students

To Populate Classes…Administration > Students

To Populate Classes…Click Add

To Populate Classes…Click Grade Level > Submit

To Populate Classes…Click students > Submit

To Populate Classes…Check to see if students are in class

NOTE: Never delete a student.

Go to assign weightsGrade Book > Configuration

Go to assign weightsMultiple Categories > Enter info > Update

NOTE: You can always confirm what class you are in by checking the upper right hand corner

Note: You can add five assignments in one window

Note: The title should be SHORT! This will automatically populate the student’s calendar. It will eliminate the need for Google Calendar since all the student’s assignment will link to their calendar. It will be visible by student & parent.
