Course Objectives: Upon completion of this course, students should be able to: 1. Discuss the nature of groups, group process, group development, and individual roles in group interaction; 2. Recognize and identify the dynamics of interaction in small groups; 3. Recognize and understand different styles of leadership and their relevance to task and membership personality variables; and 4. Exhibit emerging skills in facilitating group process for team development. Course Outline: Course Requirements: I.
