DECkWe have so much confidence in our floors that they carry a lifetime, transferable warranty. Every pontoon features 3/4" Marinetech PTP 7-ply pressure-treated plywood that won’t warp or rot. And the floor is securely through-bolted and screwed to the hat channels for a powerful hold.

CArpEtOur seamless plush pile carpet (up to 28 oz.) is made of 100% U.V. stabilized polypropylene and has a five-year warranty. For extra durability, we bond it to the deck with marine adhesive and 200 lbs. of rolling weight, while stainless steel staples secure it to the perimeter of the deck.

tuBE ConstruCtionBecause so much is riding on the tubes, we back ours with a lifetime warranty. Unlike other manufacturers’, our tubes are heavy gauge (.080) with welded chambers to keep the pontoon afloat even if a section becomes punctured, and they feature rear anti-electrolysis drain plugs for easy draining. In addition, our air-filled tubes make the pontoon lighter, giving you more power and better fuel economy.

nosE ConEOur nose cone knifes cleanly through the water, with two 13" fins deflecting water away from the boat, giving you a smoother, drier ride. The anti-puncture skid bar runs the entire length of the tube for added protection and steering control. And an extruded aluminum cap adds strength to the cone and protects you from sharp edges.

The comfort and durability of our lounge furniture starts with reliable rotocast bases

which provide dry underseat storage areas. Our thick foam padding is treated with

biocide, and our 33 oz. high-grade marine vinyl features a stain resistant topcoat

that protects the beauty of the furniture for years to come.

There’s no substitute for a strong foundation. And that’s exactly

what you get with our 8' (or 8.5') x 6" x 1/8" aluminum hat

channels, with heavy-duty 1/4" rear hat channels providing extra

support for the motor. Our channels are double through-bolted

onto deck risers every 24" for exceptional support and structural

integrity. This unique design actually doubles the amount of

z-channels found in other pontoons.

notE: Because weight distribution is extremely important when operating a pontoon boat, passenger weight should be distributed evenly for best overall performance. Also keep in mind that a four-stroke engine is much heavier than a two-stroke engine, significantly increasing the weight load in the stern. Check with dealer for performance evaluation and weight differential for four-stroke and two-stroke engines.
