The permission is extending the flexibility and
further options for tailoring large databases
specifically to user groups.

In the case of multilingual data maintenance,
Symbio now ensures that non-translated
content adopts the name from maintained

Creating standardized web-documents for all
process- and object types (e.g. subprocesses,
documents, roles, systems, ...) or redesign existing
documents and policies as a web document.
▪ Controlling validity of processes and
objects
By setting the validity with start and end date the
user can determine which content is displayed to
the viewer at the specified time.
▪ Instant printing
Each user can print the displayed graphic
immediately.
▪ Personalized view
Based on preferred roles, all user can see the relevant
information about the selected roles such as processes,
tasks, inputs/outputs, documents, risks and KPIs.
▪ Object-lists shown in pages
Lists in Symbio are shown in clickable pages. All user can
decide, how many objects a single page should show.
▪ Grouping in detail content and detailed
view
For a larger number of connected objects, the graphic
gathers them to one and shows, how many objects there
are. Also the objects in detail content are shown in their
relevant stereotypes

− Selected knowledge carriers of the stakeholders can accompany the complete process
− Stakeholder contact persons should then support the entire process!
Important!
The stakeholder investment for standard Symbio feature is only to prioritize features. The development is done for the
Symbio community – not for the individual customer. The sovereignty of the implementation and release lies with P+Z.
