Cathedral Bluffs Symphony Orchestra is

passionate about the power of orchestral music

and the effect it has in live performance.

Led by Artistic Director Norman Reintamm, we

will bring to life some of the greatest musical

masterpieces, introduce you to some of Canada’s

rising stars and present critically acclaimed

performers, including pianists ROBERT HORVATH, and KEN GEE.

We are delighted to present a special treat

this holiday season. Collaborating once more

with TRYPTYCH CONCERT & OPERA, we will

produce a fully staged version of the seasonal

favourite opera, Hansel and Gretel on December

9, with a special encore matinee performance on

December 10.

This year will also feature the finals of the

bienniel Cathedral Bluffs Symphony Orchestra Clifford Poole Vocal Competition. Named in

honour of our founding conductor, the Vocal

Competition continues our tradition of nurturing

young artists.
