Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) can trigger support requests, either through APIs or through Symphonica's SMS in order to perform many operations such as reloading the original account settings, rebooting the device, and checking the birth certificate. All these operations decrease the ticket resolution time.

2. Web-based connector design framework

Through the Design studio, a user-friendly graphical web UI and resource order definitions are created in minutes using building blocks and logical structures without the need any extra meta-language or scripting.

3. Intelligent rollback and fallout management

Checkpoints at every step of the activation process assure that pre-programmed rollback orders can be executed in case of failure. This allows to resend partial or complete orders and perform intelligent refreshes.

4. Service-resource catalog and resource inventory lite
