Queen Anne Seattle Apartment – Seattle Rainscreen, Siding and Windows
Synapse Construction – Seattle siding provided siding, window installation andmetal break shape window trim and waterproofing services for this 4 story QueenAnne Hill, multi-use building Synapse Construction – installed 110 new thermallyimproved anodized aluminum windows. The windows were then trimmed out withcustom metal brake shapes. The siding installed on the south elevation is a rain-screen siding system by Cereclad. Synapse Construction was one of the first Seattlesiding contractors to install the Ceraclad rain-screen system.
