Residential Elevators are not just for luxury
homes
For many years a residential elevator was too expensive, and only the richest people could have
one in their homes.
With new technologies residential elevators can cost as little as a midsize car and if you consider the costs of building a dream home today, a home elevator is similar in cost to a media room or a quality kitchen, and yet gives you higher
quality of life.
Residential Elevators are an easier and safer
way to travel
Carrying a large or awkward item up and down the stairs could result in personal injury, damage to the home and/or to the item. With today’s rising healthcare costs that simple fall on the stairs could end up costing you thousands of dollars which
could have paid for the elevator.
Steps are great for exercise but not very convenient when you have when you need to move heavy or bulky items from floor to floor. In fact, stairs are the most dangerous location in the house, causing a large percentage of falls and serious
injuries.
Don’t forget those injuries that occur outside of the home, we all have, at one point or another suffered from a strained muscle, a sprained ankle or worse; and were forced to either climb the stairs one painful step at a time or just make do in a downstairs room. The home elevator will allow the homeowner to travel safely and
comfortably from floor to floor.
Standard
The basic option provides an insulated car with a wide variety of interior finishes. Materials including leather, wood, stone, glass as well as synthetic materials like carbon fibre can be installed. Floors can be of any type of material. The ceiling decorations are integrated with the halogen, LED, fibre optic or indirect
illumination option chosen.
The rear panel is usually specified as a tinted mirror to give a feeling of
spaciousness in the basic model.

Observation
For elevators on the exterior of the building, or inside atriums the observation style allows a full height glazing on the rear and/or side of the elevator. For residential applications we recommend a curtain wall to protect the shaft from the exterior elements and provide improved environmental
control.
The rear and side glazings are of polymer backed safety glass and can be double glazed for external applications. Translucent glazing
can also be provided.
The elevator interior can be configured from basic to ultra luxury. The wide color and material choices allow you to complement your home’s interior
and decor within your budget.

Hydraulic Lifts
Hydraulic traction is a highly developed technology that has advantages for low rise applications. Hydraulic designs reduce complexity and provide instrinsic safety whilst maximising car size for a given shaft. The hydraulic lifts allow for remote positioning of the hydraulic tank and lift controller for an exceptionally quiet and comfortable ride. The usage of modern electronic valves and digital pumps gives high performance with maximum comfort and low energy consumption. For greater hights, telescopic actuators and rope suspensions will be provided.
MRL Traction Lifts
Electric traction lifts offer higher speeds and efficiency. They are the standard for high rise buildings and provide the quietest and smoothest rides at higher speeds. Advanced gearless motor designs offer low jerk levels and highest control providing the most comfortable ride.
Gearless traction lifts require a counterweigh or a multi-rope design to provide the largest lift capacity in the smallest shaft. Our elevator design minimizes the space loss as all the lift machinery in situated in the head of the shaft allowing the lift to be fully machineroomless.
Drum drive lifts
For space constrained locations such as some residences, the drum type electric traction systems offers the highest space efficiency. The drum and motor and associated systems can be housed remotely with only the ropes and control wiring connecting to the elevator shaft. In this design a typicall counter-weight system is not included and speeds and efficiencies are lower than the other elctric traction systems.

shaft.
The hydraulic elevator designs are holeless and allow remote stationing of the control valves pump and reservior for exceptionally quiet and comfortable operation. Use of high technology proportional valves with digital pump and valve control gives a high
performance with comfort.
For larger heights cable suspension and telescopic
actuators can be provided.
Gearless electric traction
Electric traction offers higher speeds and efficiencies. Gearless traction is the standard for high rise buildings and provides the quetest and smoothest ride at high speeds. Advanced neodymium motor design offer low ripple levels and high controllability for the
most comfortable ride.
Geraless traction usually requires a counterweight or multicable design to provide larger load capacities. Our elevator design minimizes the space penalty due to the additional space ineeded n the shaft fr this hardware and allows the elvator to be fully
machineroomless.

This car design offers the ultimate panoramic views through the full height semicircular glazing and is suitable for atriums and external
applications.
The panoramic window affords a spectacular view through the polymer backed glass, or
polycarbonate glazing.
At the ground level a safety curtain wall is usually specified to restrict
entry to the open elevator shaft.

Residential Elevators are not just for luxury
homes
For many years a residential elevator was too expensive, and only the richest people could have
one in their homes.
With new technologies residential elevators can cost as little as a midsize car and if you consider the costs of building a dream home today, a home elevator is similar in cost to a media room or a quality kitchen, and yet gives you higher
quality of life.
Residential Elevators are an easier and safer
way to travel
Carrying a large or awkward item up and down the stairs could result in personal injury, damage to the home and/or to the item. With today’s rising healthcare costs that simple fall on the stairs could end up costing you thousands of dollars which
could have paid for the elevator.
Steps are great for exercise but not very convenient when you have when you need to move heavy or bulky items from floor to floor. In fact, stairs are the most dangerous location in the house, causing a large percentage of falls and serious
injuries.
Don’t forget those injuries that occur outside of the home, we all have, at one point or another suffered from a strained muscle, a sprained ankle or worse; and were forced to either climb the stairs one painful step at a time or just make do in a downstairs room. The home elevator will allow the homeowner to travel safely and
comfortably from floor to floor.
Standard
The basic option provides an insulated car with a wide variety of interior finishes. Materials including leather, wood, stone, glass as well as synthetic materials like carbon fibre can be installed. Floors can be of any type of material. The ceiling decorations are integrated with the halogen, LED, fibre optic or indirect
illumination option chosen.
The rear panel is usually specified as a tinted mirror to give a feeling of
spaciousness in the basic model.

Observation
For elevators on the exterior of the building, or inside atriums the observation style allows a full height glazing on the rear and/or side of the elevator. For residential applications we recommend a curtain wall to protect the shaft from the exterior elements and provide improved environmental
control.
The rear and side glazings are of polymer backed safety glass and can be double glazed for external applications. Translucent glazing
can also be provided.
The elevator interior can be configured from basic to ultra luxury. The wide color and material choices allow you to complement your home’s interior
and decor within your budget.

Hydraulic traction
Hydraulic traction is a highly developed technology that has advantages for low rise elevator applications. Hydraulic desgins reduce complexity and provide intrinsic safety, while maximizing car size for a given
shaft.
The hydraulic elevator designs are holeless and allow remote stationing of the control valves pump and reservior for exceptionally quiet and comfortable operation. Use of high technology proportional valves with digital pump and valve control gives a high
performance with comfort.
For larger heights cable suspension and telescopic
actuators can be provided.
Gearless electric traction
Electric traction offers higher speeds and efficiencies. Gearless traction is the standard for high rise buildings and provides the quetest and smoothest ride at high speeds. Advanced neodymium motor design offer low ripple levels and high controllability for the
most comfortable ride.
Geraless traction usually requires a counterweight or multicable design to provide larger load capacities. Our elevator design minimizes the space penalty due to the additional space ineeded n the shaft fr this hardware and allows the elvator to be fully
machineroomless.
Drum type electric traction
For space constrained locations such as some residences, the drum type electric traction systems offers the highest space efficiency. The drum and motor and associated systems can be housed remotely with only the cable and control conduits connecting to the elevator shaft. In this design typicall the counterweight system is not included and speeds and efficiencies are lower than the other elctric
traction systems.
Panoramic
This car design offers the ultimate panoramic views through the full height semicircular glazing and is suitable for atriums and external
applications.
The panoramic window affords a spectacular view through the polymer backed glass, or
polycarbonate glazing.
At the ground level a safety curtain wall is usually specified to restrict
entry to the open elevator shaft.

Residential Elevators are not just for luxury
homes
For many years a residential elevator was too expensive, and only the richest people could have
one in their homes.
With new technologies residential elevators can cost as little as a midsize car and if you consider the costs of building a dream home today, a home elevator is similar in cost to a media room or a quality kitchen, and yet gives you higher
quality of life.
Residential Elevators are an easier and safer
way to travel
Carrying a large or awkward item up and down the stairs could result in personal injury, damage to the home and/or to the item. With today’s rising healthcare costs that simple fall on the stairs could end up costing you thousands of dollars which
could have paid for the elevator.
Steps are great for exercise but not very convenient when you have when you need to move heavy or bulky items from floor to floor. In fact, stairs are the most dangerous location in the house, causing a large percentage of falls and serious
injuries.
Don’t forget those injuries that occur outside of the home, we all have, at one point or another suffered from a strained muscle, a sprained ankle or worse; and were forced to either climb the stairs one painful step at a time or just make do in a downstairs room. The home elevator will allow the homeowner to travel safely and
comfortably from floor to floor.
Standard
The basic option provides an insulated car with a wide variety of interior finishes. Materials including leather, wood, stone, glass as well as synthetic materials like carbon fibre can be installed. Floors can be of any type of material. The ceiling decorations are integrated with the halogen, LED, fibre optic or indirect
illumination option chosen.
The rear panel is usually specified as a tinted mirror to give a feeling of
spaciousness in the basic model.

Observation
For elevators on the exterior of the building, or inside atriums the observation style allows a full height glazing on the rear and/or side of the elevator. For residential applications we recommend a curtain wall to protect the shaft from the exterior elements and provide improved environmental
control.
The rear and side glazings are of polymer backed safety glass and can be double glazed for external applications. Translucent glazing
can also be provided.
The elevator interior can be configured from basic to ultra luxury. The wide color and material choices allow you to complement your home’s interior
and decor within your budget.

Hydraulic traction
Hydraulic traction is a highly developed technology that has advantages for low rise elevator applications. Hydraulic desgins reduce complexity and provide intrinsic safety, while maximizing car size for a given
shaft.
The hydraulic elevator designs are holeless and allow remote stationing of the control valves pump and reservior for exceptionally quiet and comfortable operation. Use of high technology proportional valves with digital pump and valve control gives a high
performance with comfort.
For larger heights cable suspension and telescopic
actuators can be provided.
Gearless electric traction
Electric traction offers higher speeds and efficiencies. Gearless traction is the standard for high rise buildings and provides the quetest and smoothest ride at high speeds. Advanced neodymium motor design offer low ripple levels and high controllability for the
most comfortable ride.
Geraless traction usually requires a counterweight or multicable design to provide larger load capacities. Our elevator design minimizes the space penalty due to the additional space ineeded n the shaft fr this hardware and allows the elvator to be fully
machineroomless.
Drum type electric traction
For space constrained locations such as some residences, the drum type electric traction systems offers the highest space efficiency. The drum and motor and associated systems can be housed remotely with only the cable and control conduits connecting to the elevator shaft. In this design typicall the counterweight system is not included and speeds and efficiencies are lower than the other elctric
traction systems.
Panoramic
This car design offers the ultimate panoramic views through the full height semicircular glazing and is suitable for atriums and external
applications.
The panoramic window affords a spectacular view through the polymer backed glass, or
polycarbonate glazing.
At the ground level a safety curtain wall is usually specified to restrict
entry to the open elevator shaft.
