English Language CoursesTRANSCRIPT
Welcome
The CourseThe English course is designed to be an interesting, enjoyable and beneficial way of helping the students improve their language skills. There are 5 levels of teaching, ranging from Elementary to Advanced, with 23 hours of teaching and homework set on 4 nights per week. We guarantee small class sizes, averaging a maximum of 8 students to each teacher, enabling us to deliver greater individual attention. Students are assessed at the start of the Course and placed in a class appropriate to their level of English proficiency. At the end of the Course, there will be a final assessment and students will receive a certificate at an awards ceremony together with a full report detailing their progress and attainment.
StaffThe teachers are all fully qualified in TEFL working alongside the skilled and capable activities staff, all of whom are directly employed by Stonyhurst College, and who are committed to the education, health and well being of the students in their care.
Stonyhurst College is a co-educational day and boarding school set in 2,500 acres of Britain’s most beautiful countryside.
