Per effettuare ordini inviare una e-mail all’indirizzo [email protected], oppure un fax al numero 011/5369106 specificando i propri dati completi di fatturazione e spedizione e il nome e numero di telefono di una persona di riferimento per eventuali comunicazioni. Per chiarimenti non esitate a contattarci al numero 011/9211962.

Per la merce disponibile a magazzino non vi sono minimi di ordine per taglia e colore. È possibile ordinare la merce momentaneamente non disponibile a magazzino richiedendo conferma dei tempi di consegna previsti dall’azienda.

I termini di consegna sono da intendersi approssimativi ed è quindi da escludersi ogni nostra responsabilità per danni inerenti ad eventuali sospensioni o ritardi se dipendenti da corrieri. L’evasione degli ordini potrà essere effettuata con consegne frazionate.

Le spedizioni vengono affidate a un corriere di nostra scelta. La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente anche se resa in porto franco. Tutte le spese derivanti da ritardato o mancato svincolo di merce regolarmente ordinata, saranno a

carico del cliente inadempiente.

In territorio italiano la merce viaggia in porto franco per ordini di valore imponibile superiore ai €150,00. Al di sotto di tale importo saranno addebitati in fattura € 10,00 a titolo di rimborso spese di trasporto. Un contributo spese preventivamente concordato con il cliente sarà addebitato qualora quest’ultimo richieda consegne urgenti o con servizi aggiuntivi che comportino l’aggravio delle normali spese di trasporto.

Il pagamento deve avvenire a mezzo bonifico bancario anticipato o contrassegno a vista.

Qualora la Syprem decida di concedere eventuali dilazioni i pagamenti dovranno essere effettuati nelle modalità indicate in fattura. Il mancato pagamento delle fatture alle scadenze stabilite autorizza l’azienda ad emettere note di addebito per spese ed interessi di mora e determina la decadenza dell’affidamento; gli ordini successivi saranno evasi solo con pagamento in bonifico bancario anticipato. La Syprem si riserva inoltre di annullare la parte di fornitura non ancora eseguita.

eventuali resi di merce dovranno essere effettuati in porto franco a mezzo pacco postale o a mezzo corriere solo a seguito di nostra preventiva autorizzazione. Il soggetto che effettua la restituzione dei beni deve emettere documento di trasporto con causale “reso merce” specificando nello stesso gli estremi della fattura di acquisto dei beni restituiti. Ci riserviamo di verificare presso la nostra sede il reso merce,

se difettoso.

Non saranno autorizzati resi di merci personalizzate o stampate.

Non saranno presi in considerazione resi merce effettuati dopo 30 giorni dalla consegna.

Qualsiasi contestazione su eventuali irregolarità delle forniture dovrà essere notificata per iscritto alla Syprem entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento. Non si accettano reclami relativi a merce ritenuta irregolare che abbia subito un tipo qualsiasi di trasformazione o personalizzazione. Sarà facoltà della Syprem, dove sia possibile, sostituire la merce difettosa. Qualsiasi reclamo non potrà comunque essere preso in esame, qualora il cliente non risultasse in regola con i pagamenti.

L’azienda si riserva di apportare varianti tecniche, dimensionali, estetiche e di colore senza preavviso e senza che ciò possa costituire diritto del committente per la ripetizione dei modelli modificati; non si ritiene responsabile inoltre di eventuali errori tipografici.

Per ogni controversia legale si elegge competente il foro di Torino.

To place an order it is necessary to send an e-mail to [email protected] or a fax to +39 011 5369106. The order must include all billing and shipping information, including the name of a contact person and a telephone number for any communications. For goods at stock there is no minimum quantity. It is possible to place an order for temporarily unavailable articles. These orders are subject to delivery date confirmation.

Delivery dates are approximate, for that reason Syprem will not be considered liable for damages or delays due to the couriers.

Orders can be delivered partially. Goods travel at buyer’s risk even if they are carriage paid. All delivery charges due to delayed or failing collection concerning a placed order will be paid by the buyer. Goods travel in Italy in carriage paid for orders of taxable value exceeding euro 150.00, under this amount euro 10.00 will be charged to the buyer as delivery charges. An extra contribution, previously agreed with the customer, will be charged in the invoice when he requires urgent deliveries or special transport services.

Payments must be done by advanced bank transfer or cash on delivery.

If Syprem will grant any extension of payment, the payments must

follow terms indicated on the invoice. Failure of respecting required terms of payment will authorize Syprem to issue debit notes for expenses and overdue interests and it causes the revocation of credit line. Following orders will be accepted only with advanced bank transfer. Syprem could cancel the remaining part of the order.

Customers can return goods in carriage paid by parcel post or by courier only if previously authorized.

A transport document must be issued with “sale returns” as cause, specifying all the essential data of the invoice. Syprem reserves the right to verify the returned goods once in warehouse, if defective.

Syprem will not authorize returns of customized – printed goods.

We will not accept any return request after 30 days from the delivery date. Any complaint about irregular goods must be notified in writing to Syprem no more than 8 days after delivery.

Any complaint about irregular goods with customization and/or printing will be rejected. When possible, Syprem will be entitled to substitute the defective goods. Any kind of complaint won’t be considered if the buyer is not regular with the payments.

Syprem is entitled to make technical, dimensional, aesthetical and colour variations without any notice and the buyer won’t have the right to ask for

production of the model as bought before variations; Syprem won’t be liable for any typographical mistake.

Any legal complaints will be under the cognizance of the court of Turin.

IMpORTANT NOTEBefore printing or customizing the goods be sure about sizes, models and colours of the delivered goods. Syprem will reject complaints, requests for replacement and refund for printed or customized goods.
