Inria and SysFera technologies
Who are you guys?
SysFera
2001: Research project from the Graal team (Inria/ENS)DIET: grid middleware
2007: SysFera-DS used within the Dcrypthon projectUsed in production 24/7/365 since then
Selected by IBM to replace Univa-UD
2010: Creation of SysFera, INRIA spin-off
2011: A team of 12 (R&D: 4 engineers and 5 PhD)Supported by two experts from INRIA and ENS
SysFera-DS
Helping cure muscular distrophy
The Dcrypthon Steering Commitee chose SysFera-DS starting on
June 2007 for its qualities of robustness and modularity. It has
been progressively implemented on the Dcrypthon grid's ressources
while ensuring a completely transparent and smooth transition for
the users.

The Dcrypthon Project
Dcrypthon Project history
2001: Opration DcrypthonObjective: mapping the human proteome (560,000 proteins)
75,000 internet users mobilized during 5 months
1,710 years of computation
2005: Dcrypthon ProgramFoster research in the domains of interest for the AFM (the French association against myopathies), thanks to grid computing technologies
8 projects selected
MS2PH: from Structural Mutation to the Phenotypes of Human Pathologies
Splicing deficiencies and genetic illnesses
Help Cure Muscular Dystrophy
SpikeOmatic: sorting action potentials
GEE: expressing the genes' evolution
Conformational sampling and docking
From functional genomics to the muscle
Transcriptional networks during myogenesis

The power of the community
The power of the community
SysFera-DS is open-source software...
...which means anyone can use it, share it, and contribute to it.
The power of the community
Yes, it means you, too! So feel free to give it a try and become part of the community!
...and more!
