4. Activate Software :

After clicking on the " Get Authentication Code " button, by default a .info file will be saved on your desktop. Mail the created .info file at [email protected], after getting file the sales department will send you the activation key for the Hotmail Backup Tool within a couple of minutes.

5. Software Working :

5.1. Creating Hotmail Backup into offline Files (EML, EMLX, MSG, MBOX, PST, HTML, PDF, MHT, TXT)

Download, Install and open Hotmail Backup Tool.

Enter the Credentials of Hotmail Account and Click on Login.

Now, Select the File Format in which you want to save Hotmail

Backup Files.


Browse the Folder from Hotmail Account which you want to

convert.


The user can use Date Range Feature in order to filter emails

and after that, he can use the Name Convention option to

Rename the File. Once Complete, Click on Next Button.


Now the Saving process will start and the progress will be

displayed in the Bar


Once the whole process completes, a Confirmation Message will
