Um Verletzungen des Bedienpersonals zu verhindern, muss bei Einspritzeinheiten in L-Stellung laut EN 201, bei geöffneter bedienseitiger Verdeckung des Werkzeugbereiches ein Ausspritzen des Formmasse verhindert werden.

Standard:Unsere Standardlösung schiebt ein Abweisblech vor die Düse.Um die bedienseitige Schutztür zu öffnen muss vorher die L-Einheit zurückfahren und den Sicherheitsverschluss betätigen. Das Öffnen der bedienseitigen Schutztür ist mit anliegender Düse nicht möglich.

Option (SO):

Das Öffnen der bedienseitigen Schutztür mit anliegender Düse ist nur mit einem Sicherheits- Drehbolzenverschluss möglich. Der Drehbolzenverschluss baut ca. 140mm länger als der SVO.

Nicht für glasfaserverstärkte Kunststoffe geeignet.
