RENRENAda sepasang , berbentuk seperti biji kacang buncis,
terletak di bagian posterior dari cavum abdominalis, sebelah menyebelah dari columna vertebralis yang diliputi oleh suatu selaput tipis terdiri jaringan kolagen padat.
Letak Ren sinister lebih tinggi setengah vertebra daripada Ren dexter (Ren sinister skeletopis setinggi pertengahan V. Th. XII – V.L.III) masing-masing ren memiliki facies anterior dan posterior, margo medialis dan lateralis, extremitas superior dan inferior
Ren berfungsi untuk :mengatur keseimbangan air, mengatur konsentrasi garam dalam darah dan keseimbangan asam basa darah, ekskresi bahan buangan dan kelebihan garam

A.Renalis cabang dari Aorta Abdominalis setinggi discus intervertebralis antara vertebra L.I dan vertebra L.II
Innervasi Berasal dari plexus renalis dan terdiri dari
serabut sympathis dan parasympathis. Serabut aferen plexus renalis berasal dari nervi splanchnici thoraxici
Sympathis oleh splanchnicus mayor minor Parasymphatis oleh nervus Vagus.

Masing-masing ginjal terdiri lebih dari satu juta
tubulus uriniferus yg terdiri dari 2 komponen :
1. Nephron, merupakan kesatuan struktur dan fungsional daripada ginjal. Nephron mempunyai fungsi :
Filtrasi, Reabsorbsi dan Sekresi2. Saluran keluar (Ductus excretorius) merupakan
suatu sistem tubulus yg bercabang-cabang dimulai dari ductus kollagen yg lengkung, ductus kollagen yg lurus dan ductus papillaris

Pelvis RenalisPelvis RenalisMerupakan pembesaran daripada saluran
keluar ginjal yg kearah distal dia akan melanjutkan diri ke arah ureter sedangkan ke arah parenchym ginjal akan membagi diri menjadi 2-3 calyces mayor, yg kemudian akan membagi diri lagi menjadi 7-10 calyces minor akan menghadap ke papila daripada ginjal.
Setiap calyces minor memperlihatkan sebuah takik/lekukan yg terjadi krn menonjolnya masuk puncak pyramis renalis yg disebut papila renalis
Pada irisan akan tampak cortex sebagai bagian luar dan bagian dalam disebut medula.

UreterUreterUreter ada 2 (kanan dan kiri), merupakan
saluran yg menghubungkan pelvis renalis dg vesica urinaria. Panjangnya kurang lebih 35-40 cm.
Ureter mulai dari pelvis renalis dan berjalan ke bawah melalui rongga abdomen (sebagai part abdominalis, mulai dari akhir pelvis renalis sampai aditus pelvis) masuk ke dalam pelvis (sebagai part pelvina/ dari aditus pelvis sampai angulus lateralis vesica urinaria) dan dengan arah miring bermuara ke dalam bagian posterior vesica urinaria (sebagai pars intramural/ jalan miring pada angulus lateralis vesica urinaria)

Vesica Urinaria (kandung Vesica Urinaria (kandung kencing)kencing)
Berbentuk piramid bersisi 3, bekerja sbg penampung urine, letaknya di dalam pelvis minor di belakang simphysis pubis.
Sewaktu kosong vesica urinaria terletak dlm pelvis minor, dorsal dan agak cranial dari ossa pubis. Vesica urinaria terpisah dari tulang-tulang tsb oleh spatium retropubicum
Tiga saluran berhubungan dengan V.U yaitu 2 ureter bermuara secara miring disebelah basis, letak miring ini untuk mencegah urine mengalir kembali ke ureter.
Uretra keluar dari V.U disebelah depan shg dari sebelah dalam pada fundus vesicae tampak daerah segitiga yg dibatasi saluran-saluran tsb sebagai sudutnya dan serabut2 otot sebagai sisinya disebut trigonum vesicae lieutaudi dan ototnya M.trigonalis

vesicalis inferior dan melepaskan cabang2 kecil ke bagian dorsucoudal V.U
A.obturatoria dan a. glutealis inverior jg memberikan cabang2 kecil ke V.U
Innervasi : Parasympathis dari nn.erigentes Sympathis berasal dari nn. Th. XI-XII dan nn. L.I-II Saraf2 untuk innervasi V.U membentuk plexus venosus

kandung kencing (orificium urethrae internum) ke lubang luar (orificium urethrae externum)
Meatus urinarius terdiri atas serabut otot lingkar (sphincter urethrae)
Urethra laki-laki lebih panjang daripada urethra perempuan. Pada urethra laki-laki dibedakan atas : pars prostatica, pars membranacea (pars diaphragmatica) dan pars cavernosa. Urethra menyalurkan urin keluar dari V.U melalui osteum urethrae externum pd ujung glans penis. Urethra juga merupakan penyalur cairan mani dan skrip dari kelenjar2

Sedangkan urethra perempuan tidak dibagi-bagi langsung dalam diaphragma urogenitale sampai orificium urethrae externum muara dalam vestibulum vaginae, jalan tidak berkelok-kelok dan pendek. Urethra melintasi V.U ke arah ventrokaudal, dorsal lalu kaudal dari sympisis pubica
Ostium urethre externum berada di dlm vestibulum vagina. Urethra terletak ventral terhadap vagina dan melalui diaphragma pelvis, diaphragma urogenitalia, dan perinium bersama dengan vagina.
Pada ujung kaudal urethra melingkari musculus sphincter urethrae dan beberapa serabut otot ini melingkari urethrae dan vagina

mayus dan labium minus Trigonum urogenitalis di depan dibatasi oleh arcus pubis
dan dilateral oleh tuber ischiadicum. Isi Trigonum genitalia pria : penis dan scrotum. Isi Trigonum genitalia pada wanita : berisi genitalia
eksterna, orificium urethrae dan vagina. Clitoris yg pada pria identik dg penis,terletak di anterior pd
apex vestibulum. Clitoris mempunyai struktur spt penis. Glans clitoris sebagian tertutup oleh preputium.
Urethrae wanita panjangnya sekitar 3,8 cm. urethrae ini terbentang dari collum vesica urinaria sampai vestibulum, dmn urethra bermuara sekitar 2,5 cm dibawah clitoris. Urethra menembus sphincter urethrae dan terletak tepat di bagian depan vagina.
Lubang vagina mempunyai lipatan tipis mukosa yang dinamakan hymen yang di tengahnya berlubang.

Innervasi penis otonom sympathis dari nucleus intermedius cornulateralis medula spinalis segmen Lumbal 1-3. parasympathis sakral 2-4 lewat plexus pudendus.

ScrotumScrotum Scrotum merupakan kantong kulit yang berisi
testis,ductus epididymis, sebagian dustus deferen, ujung bawah funiculus spermaticus dan syaraf. Disini testis yg sebelah kiri lebih rendah sehingga ductus deferen lebih panjang dan diperkirakan testis yg kiri lebih dulu mengalami desensus testiculorum.
Aliran cairan limfe dinding scrotum masuk ke nody lympatici superficialis medialis.
Vascularisasi scrotum : r. scrotalis anterior cabang a.pudenda externa, rr. scrotalis posterior cabang a.pudenda interna, a.spermatica externa cab. A.epigastica inferior
Innervasi :N. spermaticus externus cab. N. genito femoralis, rr. perinealis cab. N.pudendus, rr. perinealis cab. N.cutanius femoris posterior
