Documentation and quality assurance
We provide first class quality, respect for the environment and responsible management of our resources.
The engineering and the entire technical documentation are computerised (CAD systems), based on national (DIN EN, IEC, ATEX etc.) and international standards (ASME; API 614 with U-stamp, Ghost, EAC etc.). All standard welding methods in accordance with AD instruction sheets and the ASME code are used in the manufacture of our systems. If desired by the customer, the acceptance procedure can be performed with a competent authority, such as DNV-GL, BV, LR or TÜV.
Qualifications
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001, AD 2000 technical data sheet HP0 and DIN ISO 3834-2, quality assurance system in accordance with Directive 2014/68/EU, SCCP, WHG, DGRL AD 2000/HP0, customs approval, AEO-F Authorized Economic Operator, secure supply chain, DAKKS, NATO quality management based on AQAP 2105 and 2110, supplier of over 7,000 NSN items.

The calibration service CaliControl
Calibration of sensors and measuring instruments in a DAkkS-certified calibration lab or on the customer’s premises while production is in progress. On-site calibration of particle sensors, con ta mination sensors, tem pe rature sensors, flow sensors, level sensors, display units and portable data recorders possible. DAkkS-calibrations and calibration of third-party products on request.

We perform the entire engineering of electrical equipment for hydraulic systems, production and testing plants for new systems, system add-ons or retrofits. Our individual repair service includes: l Keeping stocks of spare parts to realise short repair times
l Diagnosis and analytics to clarify causes of accidents l Testing / inspection / repair of all HYDAC products (third-party products on request)
l For your planning security: Repair on the basis of individually compiled cost estimate or at a fixed price
l Performance of periodic tests in acc. with Industrial Safety Regulation / calibration of your products
l We perform accumulator repairs / periodic tests in collaboration with approved inspection agencies (TÜV, Bureau Veritas, ASME, etc.). If needed, we will lend you accumulators free of charge for the time of the repair and your accumulators will be charged to your desired pre-charge pressure for free.
As necessary, we will perform warranty processing for all HYDAC products.
