Security Control

In case there are more than one person working on Tally, not every personNeeds to be given the full access. The head of the department / Administratorshould be able to create different users and assign their rights to them fordifferent voucher types based on their work profile.

Tally has a very customizable security system and one can set up Security Levelsand users who are placed at these levels. The authority levels or Types ofSecurity decides the rights of the users while using Tally.

But for Security for Voucher Level, Administrator wants to give rights to Create /Alter, Delete / Cancel for each voucher type to different users. This can be doneusing TDL i.e. Tally Definition Language. Once the security at voucher level areset for users, the desired user group can be restricted from just saving bypressing CTRL+A. They can only press escape and come out of the voucher.
