TRILT offers the most extensive available online UK television and radio listings. It provides fully-searchable details on around 300 channels’ programmes from June 2001 on, with selected data back to 1995.

Potential Testers
• UK HE/FE institutions licensed to record and retain copies of programmes
• BUFVC members (HE, FE and others)• TRILT Steering Committee• JISC• Education- or media-related organisations

Format
• Qualitative and quantitative data• Two tests:
– Alpha (six weeks) for functionality– Beta (eight weeks) for content
• Questionnaire• Interviews• Quick response/light user tick box
Administration
• No changes to the database during the test• Timing• Keeping in touch with testers
Assessment and Responses
• Response rates– Will not be 100% so ensure that the initial sample
is large enough
