GENERAL REGULATIONS 1. Participants are required to submit a photocopy of student card, 2 copies of 3x4 sized photographs, and an official letter of reference from the school for registration.

2. Participants of Junior High School competitions must be at least born between 2001 and 2004.

3. Participants of Senior High School competitions must be at least born between 1998 and 2002.

4. Participants of Primary School are of maximum 12 years of age.

5. Participants are strictly prohibited to falsify their identities (reference letter, student card, etc.). If participants are found with false identities, the participant or team concerned will be disqualified immediately.

6. Registration will be closed once the participant limit has been reached.

7. A school representative must be present for each school to attend the technical meeting.

8. Further information on each competition will be obtained in the technical meeting.

9. Each registered school must send at least one representative of the school to attend the opening ceremony, a failure to attend the opening ceremony will result in the WO money being forfeited.

10. Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before the competition starts.


11. All participants are required to bring their ID card to each competition they join. Failure to bring their ID card will result in the participant not being allowed to play and must pay the entrance fee.

12. ID Cards are not valid as a Free Pass if the team has fallen.

13. Photos on the ID card must be the same as the participant owning it.

14. Participants are required to comply with regulations of all competitions.

15. Participants are allowed to bring supporters from their school.

16. Participants and supporters are prohibited to bring items that may trigger chaos, and are prohibited to utter impolite/rude words to the opposing team. If this happens, the team in question are threatened to be disqualified.

17. Participants are supporters are required to maintain order and cleanliness while in the environment of PENABUR Secondary Kelapa Gading.

18. The committee reserves the right to impose actions on those who violate the rules.

19. Decisions of the committee, referee and or jury are final and cannot be contested. If the participant refuses the decision, participants must submit a statement of protest accompanied by a fee of Rp350,000.00.

20. Any items bought by the participants in the environment of PENABUR Secondary Kelapa Gading are the responsibility of the participant. The committee is not responsible in any case of loss.

Rules and Regulations:

1. Participants should be in Junior High School (SMP) and Senior High School (SMA).

2. Singers who do not originate from the school or is member that have graduated from the school (alumni) will be disqualified.

3. Registration will be closed once 15 singers have registered for each Senior and Junior High School categories.

4. The competition will proceed after a minimum of 10 singers registered.

5. Each school is allowed to send a maximum number of 3 singers.

6. A copy of an ID card and 2 pieces of 3x4 self-portrait should be attached along with the submission of registration form and fee.

7. The contestant/s from each school is allowed to be accompanied by one teacher or guardian.

8. Compulsory songs: a. This is The Monument (Dr. Jekyll & Hyde) b. That’s all I ask of you (Phantom of The Opera) c. Climb Every Mountain (Sound of Music) d. Memories (CATS) Participants must perform one of these songs and 1 free song. The total duration for both songs will be a maximum of 12 minutes.

9. The free song performed must not contain SARA (Suku, Agama, Ras dan Antar golongan).

10. If the time limit of the performance is violated, the participant’s score will be deducted according to the decision of the jury.

11. Singers are required to come to the technical meeting to draw their per forming order number.

12. If the singer does not attend the technical meeting, the committee will draw his/her number.

13. Microphones and cables will be provided.

14. Assessment Criteria: a. Singing technique and tone precision. b. Voice uniqueness c. Appearance and stage mastery d. Full and total song comprehension

15. Winners are seen based on the achieved scores.

16. The first place winner will be given a chance to perform at the closing ceremony of The Premiere 2017.

1. The culinary competition is intended for senior high school level.

2. Each team consist a maximum of 3 people.

3. Each school is allowed to send a maximum of 2 teams.

4. Members in each team must belong to the same school.

5. Teams involving members that are not from the participating school, including graduates of the school, will be immediately disqualified.

6. The competition will proceed after a minimum of 5 teams have registered.

7. Registration will be closed once 8 teams have registered.

8. It is compulsory for each team to attend the technical meeting.

9. Theme and main ingredients will be determined by the committee.

10. The theme of the dish will be announced by the committee during the technical meeting.

11. The committee will only provide stove, oven, and mineral water along with the main ingredients. Other cooking utensils and ingredients are required to be brought by the participants themselves.

12. The use of instant ingredients is strictly prohibited.


13. All ingredients brought by participants must be raw.

14. The competition consists of 2 rounds; preliminary and final.

15. The preliminary round will determine 5 teams continuing to the final round.

16. The duration of cooking is 1 hour.

17. Participants’ safety is their own responsibility.

18. Participants are advised to arrive 30 minutes before the competition starts. There will be NO additional time if the participants arrive late.

1. Each team consists 3 members at a maximum.


3. After technical meeting, changes in the members of team are not allowed.

4. Registration will be closed after 8 teams have registered.

5. The competition will proceed after 5 teams have registered.

6. Duration of the competition is 5 hours with no additional time. If the 5-hour mark is exceeded, the team’s score will be deducted according to jury’s decision.

7. Participants are not allowed to leave the competition area during the competition.

1. One team consists of 3-10 people

2. Participants in one team must come from the same school

3. Team that includes members who are not enrolled in the school or a student who had graduated will be disqualified.

4. Registration will be closed after 15 teams have signed up

5. Each team must provide a representative to attend a technical meeting (to be held one week before the competition) to determine the order of appearance on the day of competition.

6. If the team does not come at the technical meeting, the order of appearance will be drawn by the committee.

7. Each team must bring its own property (if necessary)

8. Maximum duration for the whole performance, including preparation is 10 minutes

9. The use of property that interfere with other participants is not allowed.

10. The property is used by the participants should not be littering the stage.

11. Those who take more than 10 minutes will get a score deduction


12. Participants who do not follow the theme will get a score deduction.

13. Participants may use the stage as freely as possible.

14. All decisions of the jury is final and can’t be contested.

15. Participants are required to bring a song (mp3 format) on CD and then handed the committee and bring the backup files in shape USB at the time of day.

16. Participants are required to arrive 30 minutes before the event starts.

17. Participants who are not present at the competition will be disqualified.

18. Participants must be present backstage 10 minutes before performing on stage.

19. Participants who have been called up three times but didn’t appear, will be disqualified.

20. The No.1 Winner of the competition will be obligated to perform during “The Premiere 2017” closing ceremony



STORY TELLING

1. All contestants should be students in Junior High School (SMP).

2. Each school is allowed to send up to 2 students.

3. A copy of ID card and 2 pieces of 3x4 self-portrait should be attached along with the submission of registration form and fee. A reference letter from the school must also be submitted to the committee.

4. If any student who has been proven not to come from the school that are registered as will be disqualified immediately.

5. In case of any emergency that might impede a contestant’s attendance in the competition, the respective contestant is obliged to inform the committee at least 2 days prior the opening of the event.

6. Each contestant is allowed to be accompanied by one guardian or teacher who will be given a separate ID card.

7. Contestants are obliged to bring their own property if they require it.

8. Stories must be brought up in English and contestants are not allowed to bring their reading texts.

9. The competition is divided into two rounds, preliminary and final round, and will run on the same day.

10. In the preliminary round, contestants are required to choose 1 story that they are going to present and inform the committee about as 1 story can only be brought up by 3 contestants.

11. The registration for the competition will close as soon as the maximum of 15 participants has been reached.

SPELLING BEERegistration Fee : Rp. 200.000 / PersonWO Money : Rp. 100.000 / Person



1. All participants should be students of elementary school.

2. Each school is allowed to register up to 5 participants.

3. Spelling Bee is an individual competition.

4. During the competition, the exchange of contestants are strictly prohibited.

5. A copy of ID Card and 2 pieces of 3x4 self-potrait should be attached along with the submission of registration form entry. A reference letter from the school must also be submitted to the committee.

6. Contestants must be accompanied by a teacher that and their phone number shared with the committee. If they don’t, the contestant is not allowed to join the competition.

7. In the case of sudden emergencies which will impede any of the participants’ attendance in the competition, the respective participant is obliged to inform the committee at least 2 days before the opening of the event.

8. If any students who have been proven not to come from the school that are registered as will be disqualified immediately.

9. The registration for the competition will close as soon as the maximum of 20 participants has been reached.

10. Specific rules and details will be explained during the technical meeting.

1. All participants should be students of the Senior High School (SMA)

2. Each school is allowed to register up to 2 teams.

3. Each team must consist of 3 students.

4. No additional members are allowed.

5. A copy of ID card and 2 pieces of 3X4 self-portrait for each member should be attached along with the submission of registration form and fee.

6. A reference letter from the school must be submitted to the committee.

7. Should the team fail to attach the aforementioned document at the same time of the registration form and fee, the team is allowed to submit them on the opening of the event.

8. If any students who have been proven not to come from the school that are registered as will be disqualified immediately.

9. In the case of sudden emergencies which will impede any of the participants’ attendance in the competition, the respective participant is obliged to inform the committee at least 2 days before the opening of the event.

10. The format of the competition is Asian parliamentary system.

11. Specific rules and details will be given during the technical meeting or motion launch.

12. The motion launch will commence 35 minutes before each round of debating starts.

13. All the participants must come on time, if they fail to do so, they will not be allowed to participate in that round.

14. Best speaker will be chosen during the final adjudication at the debaters’ hall.

BADMINTONRegistration Fee : Rp. 150.000 / Person Rp. 300.000 / Double (2 People)WO Money : Rp. 100.000 / Person

1. The regulations used are according to regulations issued by PBSI.

2. The competition is for male lower and upper secondary students.

3. Each school is allowed to send a maximum of 2 single players and a pair of double players.

4. There is a maximum of 32 participants for singles and 16 participants for doubles, with minimum 8 participants for singles and 4 participants for doubles.

5. A maximum of 3 shuttlecocks are provided for every match. Any additional shuttlecock changes/used will be charged Rp 10.000/shuttlecock.

6. The competition uses an elimination system.

7. The last day of registration will be on the technical meeting day.



TABLE TENNISRegistration Fee : Rp. 200,000 / TeamWO Money : Rp. 150,000 / Team



1. The table tennis competition is for senior high school male students only.


3. Each team consists of 1 player.

4. The competition system used is: single.

5. Each participant must bring a copy of the student card along with 2 pieces of their (3x4) picture for registration.

6. Drawings will be done during the technical meeting.

7. If the team does not attend the meeting, drawing will be done by the committee.

8. If the participant does not attend 10 minutes after the first call of the match, the participant will be disqualified and WO money will be forfeited.

9. Bat that is used should be one side, black/red colour.

10. Ball that is used should be in yellow colour.

11. In the group stage, the system that will be used is the best of 5. If you take 3 games, you will be declared as the winner. In the semi-final and finals, the system that will be used is best of 7. if you take 4 games, you will be declared as the winner.

12. While playing: a. When doing the serve, ball has to be thrown 10cm away from the player’s hand. If not, it will be considered as a violation. b. 2 times foul is declared as 1 point given to opponent.

13. Competition will run with pool system, continued by elimination system started from semi-finals.

14. Referees’ decisions are absolute and inviolable.

15. Systems that are used are pool for 12 teams and continued by knock-out system of 8 teams.

16. Rules of the game are to be taken from ITTF.


SWIMMING

Registration Fee : Rp 300.000 / PersonWO Money : Rp 150.000 / Person

Prize:1st Place : Rp. 750,000 + Medal + Certificate2nd Place : Rp. 500,000 + Medal + Certificate3rd Place : Rp. 250,000 + Medal + Certificate

Note: The package will include 4 swimming styles; breaststroke, freestyle, butterfly stroke, and backstroke. Each person, whether they want to participate in both styles or not, must pay Rp 300.000 for the registration fee. The minimum number of people for each category to run is 5 people. If it doesn’t reach 5, a sum of money of Rp 75.000 will be returned to each person.


1. The competition is for elementary students only.

2. Each school is allowed to send a maximum of 3 participants for each style.

3. Participants should not be a past top 10 winner of KEJURNAS or KRAPSI. If it is found that the participant is one of the top 10, he/she will be disqualified.


4. The swimming styles for the competition are breaststroke, freestyle, butterfly stroke, and backstroke.

5. Winners are determined from the fastest time achieved.

6. The regulations used are according to the regulations issued by PRSI.

7. The participants should wear appropriate attire during the competition, according to the rules of PRSI.

8. Referees in the competition are recommended by UNJ.

9. There will be two categories: Grade 1-3 and Grade 4-6. Participants will join either one of the category.

10. The participants must give a clear photography of their recent report card as a proof of their grade, along with the record of the fastest swimming time achieved.

11. The swimming route will be 50 metres long for every match.

12. The last day of registration will be on the technical meeting day, which will be held on 10 February 2017.



FUTSALRegistration Fee : Rp. 300,000 / TeamWO Money : Rp. 150,000 / Team



1. The futsal competition is for Junior and Senior high school male students only.

2. Each school is only allowed to send 1 team to participate.

3. Each team is obliged to send at least 5 players and a maximum of 14 players in 1 team, along with 2 officials (1 coach, 1 teacher).

4. The game system will first be in the group system, and teams with the most wins will move on to the semi-finals, where it will be a knock-out system.

5. The regulations used are according to the regulations issued by PSSI.

6. The maximum number of teams in each category is 16 teams, with 8 teams as a minimum.

7. Match schedules will be fairly determined by the committee.

3. Each team must have 2 different-colored costumes – 1 light, 1 dark.

4. For senior high school male matches, the ball used will be size 7. The senior high school female matches and all junior high school matches will use the size 6 ball.

7. Match schedules will be determined by the committee.
