FRONT AXLE TUBE SEALSuperior Tube Seals are developed to keep dirt and grime from entering the axle tube and destroying

critical components, The seal body is made from T6 aluminum with two internal o-rings to insure

fitment and are anodized to protect from corrosion. External seals are highly pliable and work with

different axle shaft diameters and allow for long seal life. These front axle tube seals are compatible

with Superior High Strength Alloy axle shafts as well as with stock axle shafts.

PORTAL TEK, GEN-3Superior is proud to introduce Portal-Tek’s line of Portal axle assemblies and components. Portal-Tek is theworld’s only manufacturer of aftermarket, bolt in, portal axle assemblies, and has released their GEN-3 lineof portal axles for the JEEP TJ and LJ. The GEN-3 axles install easily without major track width changesand allows for 37” tires with little or no changes to your vehicles suspension or steering!

The GEN-3 portal axle is built to be the ultimate upgrade for your Jeep TJ. The GEN-3 portal axle gives you4.5” of lift BENEATH the axle tube and differential. The unique design of the GEN-3 features a high pinionthird member that helps to keep drive shafts at a protective distance well above rocks and obstacles on theground surface. The GEN-3 offers the best of both worlds in its ability to carry heavy loads (7,800 lb. loadrating per axle) while remaining lightweight as an axle assembly. The GEN-3 is stronger, lighter and providesmore ground clearance than a Dana 60. Basically, the GEN-3 is a 1 ton axle assembly that offers 4.5” ofTRUE lift. Portal-Tek’s GEN-3 series axle assemblies proudly feature SUPERIOR 4340 shafts and gears.All GEN-3 axle assemblies come complete and are equipped with high-steer arms, world class WILWOODbrakes and are available in 5x5.5”, 6x6.5”, or 8x6.5” bolt patterns.

Competitors and enthusiasts alike understand that getting thepower from the engine to the ground is critical. That’s why the rearaxle shafts are such a critical component of any vehicle. A weakaxle can leave you stranded when you least expect it, or evenworse, take you out of the running at the track. An axle failure canalso be expensive, as a lesser axle can break causing damage tothe ring and pinion and differential.

Superior’s high-performance rear axles are offered in two differentsteel alloys, most Evolution Series axle shafts are made out ofpremium Chrome-moly steel. This provides the durability and flexthat allows these shafts to absorb sudden shock rather than transferit to the differential and ring and pinion. Superior’s Discovery seriesaxle shafts are typically made of our 1541H which is decidedlystronger and more robust than commonly used OEM axle steel.

Superior only uses the finest steel and manufacturesaxle shafts to its own exclusive designs whichincorporate years of manufacturing experience usingthe latest technologies developed for Nascar, circletrack and off-road competitions.

Our High Quality replacement axle shafts featurepremium alloy, along with computer controlledinduction heat treating, that results in a stronger moredurable axle shaft. The majority of Superior’s axleshafts use a cold formed rolled spline process that produces anaxle spline up to 35% stonger than cut splines! These are directreplacement axle shafts that require no cutting or modification tofit seamlessly into your ride.

The Dana 35 C-Clip Eliminator features a 35% Increase in strength over OEM axle shafts. The conversion fits 1990 to 2006 Jeep Dana 35 Axle housings with drumbrakes. The kit feattures: Two USA-made Chrome-moly axles. The axles feature a thicker flange and increased radius to the body for a real strength increase for thoseside hill moments. A pair of uniquely designed two piece housing ends sandwich the drum brake backing plate to keep added width minimal and house the Dana 44style SET10 axle bearings. The supplied Dana 44 style oil seals eliminate any leaks commonly associated with "drag race" eliminators. The only modifications neededare two holes drilled in the housing end flange with the included drill bit. Can be installed in a couple of hours!

ARBThe ARB is an air operated locking differential. The advantage of the ARB Air Locker lies in thepneumatically operated locking system inside the differential. When activated, the Air Lockerprevents the differential gears from rotating and therefore prevents the axle shafts from turningindependently of each other. With both wheels tied directly to the rotation of the ring gear thevehicle maintains maximum possible traction at all times. When unlocked, it operates just likeconventional “open” differentials.

LOCK RIGHTThe LOCK-RIGHT’s operation is fully automatic. Designed to send the engine power to the wheels withthe most traction, the LOCK-RIGHT will help get you where you want to go. While traveling straightthe LOCK-RIGHT will lock the axles together similar to a spool. However, when the wheels need todifferentiate in a turn, the LOCK-RIGHT will allow the outside wheel to rotate faster to complete theturn. The internal gears on the LOCK-RIGHT will overrun each other to allow this differentiation.

AUBURN ECTEDThe Auburn ECTED locking differential provides the ability to go from a limited slip differential to alocker on demand. The ECTED is a selectable traction device and can be switched on or off “on thefly,” at any road speed. It does not have any shift forks or pins that must be lined up to obtain lockermode.
