CONGRATULATIONS to our most recent Platinum Pin winners Don Bonnell How lucky have we been so far with the weather Itrsquos been gorgeous I hope that you all have been enjoying it as much as I have I know that I see a lot of walkers out during my morning drive in and the course has been seeing lots of action as well I would like to say a special thanks to everyone who has come out to support the Grille as well as our more recent Social events We strive to always keep the Club alive and vibrant through Social events With the changing of the seasons we will host our last annual ldquoParty on the Terracerdquo this Friday November 22nd on the Terrace The fireplace will be lit and turned up we will serve chili and warm dishes and feature music by Kenny James This will be our year closeout What a fun event this has turned out to be I look forward to having many more in the year to come Please note we will be hosting indoor activities to take the place of the ldquoParty on the Terracerdquo In December we will have a ldquoHoliday Member Mixerrdquo on the 20th with music holiday punch and more In January we will have a ldquoWinter Wonderland Mixerrdquo on the 24th in February we will have a ldquoSouthwester Zest Mixerrdquo and finally in March we will have our ldquoComing out of Winter Mixerrdquo which weather permitting may be out on the Terrace once again Keep in mind that no reservations are necessary for these events Simply come on down to the Clubhouse and join us for live music and fun You may order off the event menu and we will have a bar set up for your enjoyment These are perfect opportunities to bring out your friends as well You never know maybe they would like to join you in Club Membership You would then be in the running for a great prize (See details below) Generally the months of November through February are the ldquoslowerrdquo months here at the Club However please feel free to use the aforementioned social events to invite your friends out to showcase your Club I am always available to help you in hosting your friends here at the Club For your convenience my contact information is (928) 443-3527 or mwellsprescottlakescom

A Message From Your General Manager Dear Members Looks like the weather is starting to change to FallWinter just in time for the Thanksgiving Holiday We are in for some rain in the next couple of days As a result of this we will be moving our Party on the Terrace event for Friday November 22nd inside to the Ballroom Kenny James will be entertaining us that afternoon and evening It will be Kennyrsquos first appearance at the Club playing his brand of classic rock and blues Chef Dave is preparing some soups chilis and bread that will be perfect for the rainy weather

As you all know from the cart that is sitting in the lobby in the Clubhouse building we will be giving away a $1000 prize to the lucky winner of the drawing for free cart use in 2014 How can you win that amazing prize Simple just sponsor a new Golf Member before January 1st All Members who sponsor a new Golf Member will be entered into this drawing What are your chances of winning that prize They are 1 inhelliphelliphelliphowever many Members sponsor new Golf Members You donrsquot want to miss out on this amazing opportunity Next week for the Thanksgiving Holiday the Athletic Center and the Grille will be closed to all Members It will give all of our staff Members a chance to spend Thanksgiving with their families The Athletic Center will re-open at 9am the following morning and the Grille will open for lunch Next Saturday we will be offering a simple breakfast buffet in the ballroom to all Members The Buffet will be available from 8am to 10am and will be only $595 reservations appreciated We have had some confusion regarding the Palmer Advantage Platinum Program I have spoken to many Members who think it is only a golf website The Advantage Platinum program is a concierge service that is available to ALL Members and involves travel benefits merchandise cruises hotel stays resort packages and more Please investigate the many benefits of this incredible program Golf Members who were used to going through the Pro Shop to book tee times at other Palmer Clubs must belong to this Program and must book golf through the concierge service Golf cannot be booked through the Pro Shop Please call me if you any questions about this Finally there is a great event going on at our Club on New Yearrsquos Eve The Jazz Summit is again having their Jazz Band Gala here featuring big band jazz and fabulous dinner designed by Chef Dave Members who attended this event last year enjoyed great music dancing great food and great company Reservations are limited so do not wait to book The phone number and website is listed in the eblast If you do not wish to attend this dance Chef will have a very special menu in the Grille as well Thank you to all of you for your Membership and for your support of

Send us your pictures of the Car Show and life in Prescott Lakes 2013 (3rd Annual) Life at Prescott Lakes Photo Contest Guidelines bull Entries must be of scenes or members with the subject matter the Prescott Lakes Community or the City of Prescott bull Entry period October 25 - November 29 2013 bull Submissions are limited to one photo per person bull An area in The Clubhouse at Prescott Lakes has been designated for displaying the photo contest winners This area will include a Life at Prescott Lakes banner The name of each photographer will be posted with each winning photo bull Entries can be submitted by sending an e-mail to prescottlakesphotosgmailcom Please attach a file with your photograph entry and ensure the resolution is a minimum of 2400 x 3000 DPI bull Once the photos have been submitted the Semi-finalist photos will be selected by a panel of judges The semi-finalist photos will then be posted to the Community Association web site and will be voted on by the Prescott Lakes members using an on-line ballot at the Community Association web site

Send us your pictures of the Car Show and life in Prescott Lakes 2013 (3rd Annual) Life at Prescott Lakes Photo Contest Guidelines bull Entries must be of scenes or members with the subject matter the Prescott Lakes Community or the City of Prescott bull Entry period October 25 - November 29 2013 bull Submissions are limited to one photo per person bull An area in The Clubhouse at Prescott Lakes has been designated for displaying the photo contest winners This area will include a Life at Prescott Lakes banner The name of each photographer will be posted with each winning photo bull Entries can be submitted by sending an e-mail to prescottlakesphotosgmailcom Please attach a file with your photograph entry and ensure the resolution is a minimum of 2400 x 3000 DPI bull Once the photos have been submitted the Semi-finalist photos will be selected by a panel of judges The semi-finalist photos will then be posted to the Community Association web site and will be voted on by the Prescott Lakes members using an on-line ballot at the Community Association web site

Send us your pictures of the Car Show and life in Prescott Lakes 2013 (3rd Annual) Life at Prescott Lakes Photo Contest Guidelines bull Entries must be of scenes or members with the subject matter the Prescott Lakes Community or the City of Prescott bull Entry period October 25 - November 29 2013 bull Submissions are limited to one photo per person bull An area in The Clubhouse at Prescott Lakes has been designated for displaying the photo contest winners This area will include a Life at Prescott Lakes banner The name of each photographer will be posted with each winning photo bull Entries can be submitted by sending an e-mail to prescottlakesphotosgmailcom Please attach a file with your photograph entry and ensure the resolution is a minimum of 2400 x 3000 DPI bull Once the photos have been submitted the Semi-finalist photos will be selected by a panel of judges The semi-finalist photos will then be posted to the Community Association web site and will be voted on by the Prescott Lakes members using an on-line ballot at the Community Association web site

Send us your pictures of the Car Show and life in Prescott Lakes 2013 (3rd Annual) Life at Prescott Lakes Photo Contest Guidelines bull Entries must be of scenes or members with the subject matter the Prescott Lakes Community or the City of Prescott bull Entry period October 25 - November 29 2013 bull Submissions are limited to one photo per person bull An area in The Clubhouse at Prescott Lakes has been designated for displaying the photo contest winners This area will include a Life at Prescott Lakes banner The name of each photographer will be posted with each winning photo bull Entries can be submitted by sending an e-mail to prescottlakesphotosgmailcom Please attach a file with your photograph entry and ensure the resolution is a minimum of 2400 x 3000 DPI bull Once the photos have been submitted the Semi-finalist photos will be selected by a panel of judges The semi-finalist photos will then be posted to the Community Association web site and will be voted on by the Prescott Lakes members using an on-line ballot at the Community Association web site

Send us your pictures of the Car Show and life in Prescott Lakes 2013 (3rd Annual) Life at Prescott Lakes Photo Contest Guidelines bull Entries must be of scenes or members with the subject matter the Prescott Lakes Community or the City of Prescott bull Entry period October 25 - November 29 2013 bull Submissions are limited to one photo per person bull An area in The Clubhouse at Prescott Lakes has been designated for displaying the photo contest winners This area will include a Life at Prescott Lakes banner The name of each photographer will be posted with each winning photo bull Entries can be submitted by sending an e-mail to prescottlakesphotosgmailcom Please attach a file with your photograph entry and ensure the resolution is a minimum of 2400 x 3000 DPI bull Once the photos have been submitted the Semi-finalist photos will be selected by a panel of judges The semi-finalist photos will then be posted to the Community Association web site and will be voted on by the Prescott Lakes members using an on-line ballot at the Community Association web site

Send us your pictures of the Car Show and life in Prescott Lakes 2013 (3rd Annual) Life at Prescott Lakes Photo Contest Guidelines bull Entries must be of scenes or members with the subject matter the Prescott Lakes Community or the City of Prescott bull Entry period October 25 - November 29 2013 bull Submissions are limited to one photo per person bull An area in The Clubhouse at Prescott Lakes has been designated for displaying the photo contest winners This area will include a Life at Prescott Lakes banner The name of each photographer will be posted with each winning photo bull Entries can be submitted by sending an e-mail to prescottlakesphotosgmailcom Please attach a file with your photograph entry and ensure the resolution is a minimum of 2400 x 3000 DPI bull Once the photos have been submitted the Semi-finalist photos will be selected by a panel of judges The semi-finalist photos will then be posted to the Community Association web site and will be voted on by the Prescott Lakes members using an on-line ballot at the Community Association web site

Send us your pictures of the Car Show and life in Prescott Lakes 2013 (3rd Annual) Life at Prescott Lakes Photo Contest Guidelines bull Entries must be of scenes or members with the subject matter the Prescott Lakes Community or the City of Prescott bull Entry period October 25 - November 29 2013 bull Submissions are limited to one photo per person bull An area in The Clubhouse at Prescott Lakes has been designated for displaying the photo contest winners This area will include a Life at Prescott Lakes banner The name of each photographer will be posted with each winning photo bull Entries can be submitted by sending an e-mail to prescottlakesphotosgmailcom Please attach a file with your photograph entry and ensure the resolution is a minimum of 2400 x 3000 DPI bull Once the photos have been submitted the Semi-finalist photos will be selected by a panel of judges The semi-finalist photos will then be posted to the Community Association web site and will be voted on by the Prescott Lakes members using an on-line ballot at the Community Association web site
