charging check-in centerThe Thoreau room, located on the 4th floor, will house multiple power cords where you can recharge your laptop. Just “check-in” your laptop and power cord with one of our team members and come back later to pick up your charged computer! This service will be available Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

breakFastA continental breakfast will be available at 7:00 am each morning on the Mezzanine Level and in the Plaza Ballroom. The Plaza will be your place to eat breakfast, and meet with others for the entire conference. We will have tables set up for you. Thirty minutes before the start of the morning keynote, we will open the Imperial Ballroom, so that you can begin to take your seats for the keynote.

lunchThere will be a “grab and go” market available on the Mezzanine level where you can purchase a sandwich, snack and other lunch items Wednesday through Friday from 11:15 am – 2:15 pm. You can take your food into a session or use the Plaza ballroom.

logan airport - FriDay, July 17thThe Park Plaza can help with arrangements for transportation to the airport. Attendees will find the concierge to be very helpful. GO Boston Shuttle is available for an additional fee. Fare-based town car transportation can be arranged through our Concierge by calling 617.654.1912. FriDay luggage storageAfter you check out on Friday, you will be able to store luggage in a guest storage area while you attend Friday’s sessions. Visit the bell desk to check your luggage.

blc orientation sessionWe invite all newcomers to attend a session dedicated to you. November Learning team members will answer your questions and present you with tips on how to get the most out of your time at BLC! This session takes place on Wednesday morning from 7:15 am – 8:15 am in the Georgian room.

blc Drop-in centerThe BLC Drop-in Center is for answers and practice. Bring your questions and ideas, and pull up a chair and let a BLC student mentor help you pull it all together. We will make sure that everyone has as much one-on-one experience as possible!The Drop-in sessions will be held Wednesday through Friday from 11:30 am – 4:00 pm in the Thoreau room, located on the 4th floor.

Wireless connectivityDuring main conference hours, wireless access is provided in each workshop room and on the conference level floors. Internet access is available for purchase in all guest rooms. In his model, every student is a teacher and a global publisher.
