OverviewAl Jazera Factories for Steel Products Company (JASCO) was established in1988 in Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to manufacture pipes and tubes for the domestic and international market. With an annual licensed production capacity reaching 260, 000 Metric Tons of pipes, tubes and sheets per annum.
Since then, JASCO has grown and developed to become a main producer of steel products and obtained the approvals from Saudi ARAMCO and Underwriters Laboratories and achieved recognition for its extensive network within Middle East & Africa.
Today, JASCO markets a wider range of pipe products than any other pipe manufacturer, and provides a total solution to customers fluid transfer needs. In Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Water piping sectors beside Agricultural & Construction Sectors.
JASCO Steel Pipes are produced with different sizes starting from ½” up to 6” with maximum thickness up to 7.20 mm, conforming to the most popular international pipes standards like ASTM A53 (Grade A, B) , (BS 1387 - 85),ANSI C80.1 & EN10255.
To assure the quality of our pipes product according to international standards requirements; We successfully implementing Quality System in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 .

لمحة عن مصانع الجزيرة تأسست شركة مصانع الجزيرة للمنتجات الفوالذية ( جاسكو ) عام 1988م بجدة في المملكة العربية السعودية إلنتاج المواسير واألنابيب الفوالذية الملحومة طوليًا وذلك بطاقة إنتاجية تصل إلى 260 الف طن سنويًا وفي عام 1994م
تم البدء فى إنتاج المواسير المجلفنة .
وتنتج جاسكو حاليًا منتجات متنوعة من األنابيب أكثر من أي شركة أخرى، وتلبي متطلبات عمالئها في مجال نقل السوائل من من األنابيب الفوالذية المستخدمة في قطاعات البترول والغاز والبتروكيماويات ونقل المياه والزراعة
إضافة الى قطاعات اإلنشاءات والقطاعات الحيوية األخرى .
ينتج المصنع األنابيب الفوالذية بأحجام مختلفة ابتداًء من مقاس ½" ولغاية 6" وبسماكات مختلفة تصل إلى 7.20 مم ASTM A53 (Grade A, B) كما وتنتج األنابيب وفقَا ألشهر المواصفات العالمية حيث تنتج وفقَا للمواصفات األمريكية
(BS 1387 - 85) والمواصفة البريطانية
وحفاظَا منها على رضى عمالءها وتحسينًا لمستوى األداء واإلنتاجية وجودة منتجاتها. تطبق الشركة نظام إدارة ISO 9001:2008 الجودة بفعالية وفقًا لنظام اآليزو
لهم ونؤكد منتجاتنا في ثقتهم من خالل لنا دعمهم قدموا اللذين لعمالئنا الشكر نعبر عن جزيل المناسبه وبهذه استمرارنا في المحافظة على االسم الذي يعتمدون عليه.

Quality Assurance A team of highly experienced QA staff, engineers and technicians and a well established Quality System, ISO standard ensures producing and supply customers, a product, which satisfies their comprehensive requirements. JASCO is also equipped with modern testing laboratory to ensure world class quality standards. The system ensure all quality aspects such as incoming raw material, following correct and laid down process control steps, i.e., Tensile, Flattening, bending, elongation, hydro static, bore, tolerance, zinc coating thickness, dimension, visual inspection and evaluation tests. Moreover, confirm the quality compliance of all intermediate and final products. To ensure compliance with this requirement JASCO has equipped with modern testing and analytical equipments.
To guarantee on–time delivery of our products, careful steps are taken to ensure perfect results through a streamlined, efficient and controlled manufacturing process based at every step. JASCO Quality Assurance and Technical Team are always available to provide the relevant support to both customers and our in-house production team.
JASCO, an ( ISO 9001 -2008 ) certified company since 1997, keeping both national as well as international standards as BS, ANSI, SASO and JIS. To facilitate customer demands. JASCO has grown rapidly to obtain the approvals from Saudi ARAMCO and Underwriters Laboratories and achieved recognition for its extensive network within Middle East & Africa.
ضبط الجودة هناك فريق عمل متكامل من عاملين ومهندسين وفنيين ذوي كفاءة عالية يعملون على ضمان الجودة لمعايير ISO التي تكفل إنتاج وإمداد العمالء بمنتجات تفي بمتطلباتهم . لقد زودت جاسكو بمعامل اختبارات حديثه لتضمن معايير الجودة العالمية . يهتم النظام بكل جوانب الجودة والنوعية مثل نوعية المواد الخام الواردة وكذلك اختبار المواد المنتجة . األبعاد، بالزنك، التغليف سماكة التثقيبن الهيدروستاتيك، االستطالة، الثني، والتسطيح، الفلطحة . الشد مثل
