Big Box Stores: Offer reduced customer service and product knowledge – they mainly retail
cut-down products that aren’t nearly the same quality as our custom made products.
Retailers: Our competitors work with multiple factories, making it almost impossible for their
salesperson to develop the level of product knowledge our Design Consultants possess.
Independent Dealers: Becoming a distributor has a low cost barrier to entry, thus,
