Goals and Process for Monthly Coaching Call● Goal 1: Support BGCC at administrative level
● Goal 2: Provide ongoing support and learning opportunities to BGCC leadership
● Process:
○ Manager of Special Projects checks in with regional PM and SC prior to monthly call to discuss implementation status, new or recurring goals, and any recommendations based on prior month rotation
○ During monthly call, BGCC team members will first have the opportunity to raise any questions, concerns, or thoughts
○ Discussion of service quality based on recent observations○ Monthly topic○ Upcoming dates○ Next steps

Reflection:
● Sharon-rough start with Lahni out, communication has improved and Lahni has
been available and supportive,
● Lily-JCs are doing well-cheers, hyping up and calming down, Ms. Sanchez sees
improvement, fewer accidents and incidents, more of the community is getting on
board, beautification day was successful, looking forward to doing a site visit at
another school with Dillon,
● Dillon-JC recruitment was strong, and taking on leadership quickly, effective
