COLLECTIONTo collect tickets on the evening of a show, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start. Please bring the card you used to pay for your tickets as proof of ID.

LOST TICKETSFor seated events you can request another ticket to be printed and collected on the day of the event. ID is required and there is a £2 charge per duplicate ticket. We regret we are unable to reissue tickets for unreserved or standing events.
