Your Master Trainer Colette White Colette White is CEO and Principal Trainer at Infinite Excellence.

Colette’s first introduction to NLP was through the giant of all motivators - Anthony Robbins. Having attended his Mastery University

programme she was inspired to take her NLP skills to another level.

Colette initially qualified as a Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis with the world renowned and respected Dr. Tad James M.S.Ph.D, Master Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis and creator of Time Line Therapy™. Committed to her own and others’ personal development Colette has since become the first female to be awarded Master Trainer of Hypnosis approved by the American Board of Hypnotherapy and Master Trainer of NLP approved by the American Board in NLP for Europe.

In addition Colette has extensive business experience. She has a BSc (Hons) in Economics, specialising in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and is a qualified Management Accountant, with over 12 years experience in Finance and Strategic Programme Management in the Retail sector.

Colette’s passion and commitment to the field shines through in her work. She has a real desire to help individuals and businesses reach their true potential and to be infinitely excellent in whatever they put their minds to.

How NLP Trainer’s Training Works 1. Pre-course Preparation Before attending the course you will be required to prepare for the training by completing a number of tasks relating to your NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner materials.

This includes selecting two topics to present for 30 minutes and learning the answers to your NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner tests. Completing the pre-course preparation will allow you to make the most of the learning and practice in class where you will learn how to use NLP to train and present to others with excellence

2. Trainer’s Training – Part 1 Part 1 of this training comprises of 12 days of training. During this time through accelerated and advanced training techniques you will actively learn how to present easily, effortlessly and effectively to any audience. You will be impressed to find by the end of the course you can stand up and present using your new presenting skills without even thinking about them!

Throughout this part of the training you will receive feedback as you layer in your skills and practice your chosen NLP presentations so you are set for success during Part 2 of the training, Evaluation and Certification. During these training days you will also learn:

• How to demonstrate NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner techniques to train others in NLP and how to make your demos work every single time

• How to run a training business

3. Trainer’s Training – Part 2:

Evaluation and Certification Following the successful completion of Part 1 of Trainer’s Training this Evaluation and Certification is the next step to success. This allows you to become a Certified NLP Trainer and also to validate the exceptional personal investment you have made in your expertise and excellence, whatever your motivation for taking Trainer’s Training. The 4 Day Evaluation and Certification is structured as follows:

Day 1 - Test Day: Completion of a written closed book test on the contents of NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Training. Day 2 - Demo Day: You will be required to demonstrate a traditional Practitioner or Master Practitioner NLP pattern. This pattern will be chosen for you by your Master Trainer of NLP and will be aligned where possible to your chosen presentation topics. Day 3 and 4 - Presentation Days: Over these two days you will present two different 30 minute presentations taken from the contents of the NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner syllabi. (The order of these days may change depending on your group size.)

How does it work? Your One 2 One Breakthrough Coaching is split into 4 main phases: Phase: 1 Initial Phone Consultation Initially we will speak on the phone and ask you some preliminary questions ahead of meeting and starting the formal sessions. You may be asked to complete a task to assist you in achieving your outcome.

Phase 2: Taking A Detailed Personal History Together we will complete a Detailed Personal History, which is done face to face. This is so that we can find out how 'You the Client' do your problem or what you want to improve, how You are now and what needs to be addressed so that You can gain sustainable results.

Phase 3: Blowing out Your Problem Together we will complete the change work over a number of sessions. The change work comprises working through a tailor-made plan to blow out your problem/ enhance your performance, maximise your resources and help you to create your new future.

Phase 4: Coaching Follow-up After the main change work and wrap up work, we will ask You to complete additional tasks to assist You in achieving your goals. We will agree how to catch up and monitor progress.
