DESCRIPTION
After identifying an individual student's talent or potential in a particular subject or domain, the focus in the initial stages should be to teach the student to fall in love with the particular subject or field (like music or art) and in the second stage the teaching should focus on developing a technique or a level of expertise and finally in the third stage the teaching should focus on mentoring to develop a personal niche / excellence. This talent development process can be applied across all domains like sports, music, arts, dance and academics. MyPal's Talent Development model is inspired by the monograph published by Rena F.
