Highlights of Mela

• Programme was inaugurated by lighting the lamp with the chief guests Mr. E.M. Parlewar, Director, MSME

Nagpur, & Mr. K. Suryaprakash Gaud from NIMSME, Hyderabad in presence of all dignitaries, employers,

guests’ faculties and participants.

• Mr. A.S. Dabir, Regional officer, MCED, Nagpur as given the objectives of Talent Mela and suggested the

participants, government employees, employers of various institutes/organizations to take benefits of this

opportunity.

• Mr. K. Suryaprakash Gaud from NIMSME, Hyderabad released the success stories of trained participants. Mr.

E.M. Parlewar, Director, MSME Nagpur encouraged to start own enterprise by using skills available with the

participants and suggested not to go for service or job, he also explained the schemes of MSME in details.

• Mr. Dipak Joshi, Public relation officer, Maharashtra Airport Development Corporation (MADC), Nagpur has

presented video clip of MIHAN Project, he also explained importance, benefits and opportunities for

entrepreneur related to MIHAN project.

• Mr. K. Suryaprakash Gaud from NIMSME, Hyderabad has appreciated MCED, all participants, successful

trained entrepreneur, and various dignitaries from government offices, employers of various institutes as well

as organizations, and given his best wishes for success. He also explained need and importance of training

unemployed youth and role of NIMSME.

• Mr. Ashok Dharmadhikari, General Manager, District Industries Centre, Nagpur has given the guidance

regarding various schemes of State Government.

• Mr. Niranjan Vyas from Plasto Surge India Private Limited, Nagpur, shared his experiences as a successful

entrepreneur, he also explained various difficulties and solutions for the same while starting his own

enterprise, finally how he become to make turn over of Rs. Twenty crore, from the investment of Rs. Ten

Thousand only.

• Mr. Atul Thakare, Marketing Manager, from MADC (MIHAN), has explained various facilities and

opportunities for entrepreneurs available in MIHAN project.

• Mr. Abhijit Meshram, Director, Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industries (DICCI), Nagpur has explained

facilities available with them for the prospective entrepreneurs.

• Mr. K. R. Dharmadhikari, Retired Lt. Cornel, DRDO has explained that hard work, sacrifice, and quality are

required to become an entrepreneur.

• One successful participant Mr. Chetan Shende from Vidarbha Fabricators, Chandrapur has been welcomed on

behalf of all successful male participant. One successful participant Mrs. Pooja Gayaki from Prathmesh Milk

Dairy has been welcomed on be half of all successful female participants.

• Mr. Shreelesh Nambiyar from Allmact Management Pvt. Ltd made presentation on topic digital marketing

through Google, Facebook, Youtube, etc. He also guided on business, brand, and organization development

services, their company gives support for marketing, advertisement and finance also.

• During employers and participants meet, there were eleven employers who have selected twenty one

participants on the same day for their company establishment. All employers have given the details of their

unit, contact No., no. of persons required for their unit and eligibility criteria of education and skill. At the last

Mr. Alok Mishra, Project Officer, MCED, Chandrapur has announced the requirement of the man power for

Livelihood Resource Agency, project training organization, account clerk under IWMP Project by MCED

through out the state, MCED also requires programme Organizer, Udyojak Agent and Faculties for MCED,

those who are interested may contact to District Project Office, MCED.

• Programme was concluded in the presence of Mr. D.B. Hemane, Deputy Director, Joined Director of

Industries, Nagpur in presence of Mr. R. M. Khodake, Asst. Development Commissioner, Khadi Village &

Industries Commission, Nagpur, Mrs. Vini Meshram, Head of Women wing, Dalit Indian Chember of

Commerce & Industries Nagpur and Mr. Yogesh Dafade, Regional Officer, MCED, Amravati etc.

• We have contacted 562 participants of 20 programme conducted in 9 districts of Amravati & Nagpur Region,

and also follow up was done at district level by respective district project officers. We understand that 162

Participants has started their own self employment activities and 41 have got wage employment. It is proposed

that each district project officer of MCED will continue such type of employers and participants meet to

generate more and more wage employment as well as self employment.
